James Lennox has recently came to do repairs in my house organised by Hills costumer service. He was great, very attentive, clean and fast in finding the pieces needed to do the replacements. He has also being great giving me suggestions for things I would like to do for the house.

Barry (from Hill) demonstrated real professionalism when fixing a fault with the front door. He explained that there were two or three potential issues that could be addressed in order to fix the problem. He went on to correct all three of the underlying issues (and also finally adjusted the latch mechanism to improve the ease of use of the lock).His approach was very thorough and professional.

Hill seem to have no regard for people living around their construction sites in Fulbourn, Cambs. No street cleaning around sites and the dust put up by traffic, it was mud everywhere when it was raining, is a health hazard to people walking or cycling especially children going to school. Clean your mess up and become a responsible developer.

Barry (from East London) attended to fix a small issue which he did really quickly and efficiently, but more importantly he then displayed a really proactive approach and fixed another issue that a different operative was due to do on another day, thus saving me the hassle of waiting in another time, and no doubt saving Hill resources.
