(Originally posted this review for the general location but it was meant for lettings) Peter and Jamie provide a fantastic service. They were the only estate agents I contacted in Cambridge that were even interested in helping me rent out my flat whilst I was away for 6 months, I spoke to 5 different companies over the phone and they all said no, but Peter came round the next day to take photos and he had a listing up on their website within 24 hours of our first phone call! Peter knows the Cambridge market well and was able to rent out the place quickly at a fair price (which was important given I wasn't going to be away that long). Jamie handled getting things in place for the tenancy very effectively, and I valued his responsiveness throughout. I will be using their service again in future.

This is my first time having haart as an estate agents. We began to experience some issues with the landlord and getting maintenance issues for the shared property sorted. After speaking with Bankole all of the issues are now being resolved after he has put a substantial amount of time and effort into sorting it out for us. I imagine hes a busy man at work but it has felt like we're the only property he has dealt with as his communication with myself and other housemates has been timely, prompt and professional. Please make sure he is thanked for all of his hard work. I feel confident in haart and in particular bankole to look after us.
