Professional and efficient.Jamie Canham was the one helping me, and everything was sorted out in a week (online viewing and in person, tenancy agreement, payments, keys). Keep in mind that English is not my first language, and the British system is not something I am familiar with, so I had a lot (a lot, a lot) of questions and they were answered patiently and promptly, every single time. I recently moved to Cambridge from Hull and contacted Haart Lettings about renting accommodation. Since the first day I have dealt with Jamie, he has been a great help for me in finding a place to live especially during the Covid pandemic. He was able to answer all my questions as well as provide as much information as possible. Upon moving to Cambridge, I noticed multiple issues with the flat but Jamie has been great in trying to get everything sorted for me in a timely basis. He has been very professional and understanding of any issues I have brought up and been able to find solutions for them without any hesitation. The team at Haart Estate Agent (lettings) on Mill Road Cambridge is simply excellent and I am speechless. Jamie Canham Marla and Patryk Zaczkowski both supervised by Peter Witkowski their branch manager, are simply fantastic. Our properties in Cambridge had hardly spent a day unoccupied. Excellent service by the agency, extremely professional. Jamie Canham was spontaneous to respond to any queries and ensured that all the proceedings went smoothly. He processed the documents plenty quick and we were called to meet the landlord within the next day. The reference process was simple and easy to track and didn't cause any hassle to the referee. My husband and I recently moved to Cambridge and toured a very long list of properties before finding the perfect fit. We dealt with almost all of the letting agencies in Cambridge. The experience of looking for a home when you are in a hurry is never pleasant. They had notified my girlfriend and me that our landlord was returning home and we had to find another. We began to apply house after house and to receive dozens of phone calls, all the same, until Adam Memon from Haart phoned us. From the first moment it gave us the feeling that he was worried about our situation and we were sure that with him we were going to find a house. At that time we stopped applying for any other house or any other agency. Adam was going to find a house for us. And he did, in two days, solving lots of problems for us. This is the first time we write recommending something, but the excellent service we have received by Adam really deserves it. Though we have not opted for a property with Haart yet, our experience was fabulous. Peter was running late and we had 2 phonecalls keeping us updated. Specially when one is taling time out just to view a property it helps to know that Peter cared about our time. Another agency were running late and they just lied that we had got the time wrong for viewing, when I showed them email proof of the set time, I did not even get an apology from them. Peter had good knowledge about the house we saw, he represented the interests of the owners well while undertanding our needs well. I hope in the end the property we like is one we get theough Haart as the first impressions of their team was great.

I had a very positive experience with Patryk from the Cambridge lettings branch of Haart. I called one morning to arrange a view of a property. Patryk was very flexible and arranged the view for my lunch break on the same day. Later, still on the same day, he called me telling me that I was accepted by the landlord. From that it was an easy online process and Patryk kept me informed about the progress. I can highly recommend him and Haart Cambridge.

Arranging the letting was fine, really good in fact, but subsequent communication has been extremely poor. For instance the tenants needed to change the payment date and gave Haart a month's notice, they paid the pro rata amount, but the agent didn't tell me. All I knew is I received one week's rent, then nothing. As I use this rent for my rent, it caused me financial embarrassment. There is also a delay of up to six days between the tenant paying their rent and me receiving my share. On top of this the tenants have been collecting my post and dropping it into the Mill Road office, but have they let me know or posted it on? No. I'm paying a 12.5% management fee so I don't have to worry. Well that's a poor return.

Just had a wonderful experience with two haart Cambridge employees from the Regent St office. I live in Cambridge and arrived home with a big van full of boxes of books from my recent house move. Amman Naveed-Akhtar and Jay Miah were chatting to friends nearby. We’ve never met but when they saw me struggling to unload they all immediately offered to help. These lovely guys cheerfully unloaded 30 heavy boxes and neatly piled them in my house in about 10 minutes flat. Neither they nor their friends would accept a penny for their hard labour. If these are the sort of employees that haart recruit, I know which agent I’ll be using for my next house move. So impressed. Thanks again guys.
