I have used Haart Cambridge to let out my property for the past 2 years and have consistently been pleased with the service provided. Emily was very helpful recently when some electrical work was required and she arranged this quickly and with minimal fuss for the tenants. Even with the difficulties of working under COVID conditions I know that they will always be responsive and help when required.

We recently moved to Cambridge and are currently renting a house through Haart. When we just moved in, we had a few problems with the property but these were quickly fixed by help of the Haart agent Jamie Canham. Importantly, Jamie were reasonable in judging our considerations. Letting our flat through Haart has been very smooth, from initial discussions, through marketing, finding and checking a suitable tenant very quickly, signing paperwork, etc. Compared to our experience with other agents, Jamie Canham has been great.
