Haart has been helpful through out the process of helping me purchase my first home. Ren Pugh was quick to reply, attentive and fast to organise viewings as well as keep everyone updated. Aaron Wynn-Lintern has shown me around multiple properties, has been informative and very friendly. I mention the names of the people above so they can get a kick back from the review. The employees I have talked to are not as "salesman-y" and didn't pressure me at all as I have experienced with other agents which is refreshing (with the house market in Cambridge they don't really need to anyway). I was also able to communicate easily with them asynchronously over email, lots of agents I've spoken to have been call heavy.

Over the past year, my partner and I have been looking for houses all around Cambridge. We've arranged viewings with a bunch of agencies, and in overall, Haart has provided the best experience for us. Aaron was the kindest and most professional agent we've seen so far. He walked us through the house and higlighted all the good points that may go unnoticed, but at the same time he was considerate of giving us our space to be able to picture ourselves living there. He replied to all our questions and was very responsive over the phone and email. Honestly, the fact he is fully bilingüal in Spanish made communication so easy for us :) Buying a house can be a long and challenging process, and we feel we are in good hands.

From Mark I generally dont post reviews but I have been very pleased with the service I have received from HAARTs whilst selling my late Fathers House, and thought I out to acknowledge it. Right from the start the sales team and in particular Danny and Amman were extremely helpful they displayed a good understanding of the housing market and in particular were good communicators. Easy to contact with any questions you might have. I felt they were trying to get the best type of sale that suited me and my family. Since the sale was agreed I have been very pleased with support I have received from Ren Pugh. She has been there answering questions giving advice, helping us get the sale over the line. I am currently in the process of purchasing a property through Haart Cambridge, and the overall experience has been fantastic. I had been searching for a property in Cambridge for ten months and dealt with many agencies. Haart Cambridge truly stands out among all the agencies I interacted with. Aaron, who scheduled the viewings and showed me properties, has been exceptionally professional and helpful. He is always polite, patient, and accommodating my scheduling needs as best as he can. Aaron also responds quickly to my numerous inquiries and consistently gets back to me promptly. Ren is the sales progressor. I’m not sure if other agencies have this position, but she has been incredibly understanding and helpful. Whenever there was a hold-up in the transaction, whether from the solicitor or the vendor, she did her best to communicate and coordinate to resolve the issues. Both Aaron and Ren’s interpersonal skills are excellent. I feel that I have been treated as a person, not just another client. If anybody is new to the city and eager to settle down, Aaron and Ren are the best people to ease your stress during the purchase process. Daniel very kindly came to look at our house and give us an approximate value. He was very pleasant and amenable and made us feel at ease. He asked us firstly what we wanted to achieve from the meeting and what our future expectations were.
