GoogleMaria Chacon was an absolute pleasure to deal with at Haart when we were looking for a home. Sadly we didn’t find a home with Haart but had several viewings with Maria who did her best to find us a property and was always very kind when we turned up with our very grumpy toddler and new baby.

Referencing was bit time taking that their referencing agency not compromising with any small details, even though it was an amazing experience. Their call centre is always available to assist us at anytime. Special thanks to their letting agent Patryk one who assisted with throughout the procedure and explained tenancy matters in detail. GoogleOverall negative, since conducting an ID check with Haart and the Lettings Hub immediately started suffering from identity theft. This only started after going through the ID process. Have raised this as a formal complaint for an investigation to take place and to understand what occurred during the ID check phase yet Haart are currently ignoring correspondence. Kate, Peter and Felix are simply ignoring the complaint. Not a good way to do business.

GoogleHaart is an absolute mess. Utter disgrace! And they somehow manage to make even the simplest tasks unnecessarily complicated. And don’t bullshit me here with all your “acknowledging feedback” and “striving to improve” if you know a thing won’t change. Slow responses, disorganised processes, and endless delays made the experience frustrating from start to finish. Efficiency and clarity are clearly optional here. DO NOT turn to these guys if you value yourself.
