Daniel Frost at Haart Cambridge was a great help in explaining things to me in the lead up to me putting my flat on the market (something I've not done before). It was really useful to have someone take the time to help me understand the whole process.

Ren Pugh has been assisting us with sale of a flat. It is taking a long time due to issues with the prospective lender but Ren is chasing it up and getting back to us regularly with progress. Hopefully with her continued valuable help the sale will go through soon.

We dealt with Charlotte for our rental property and could have asked for a better agent! As first time renters in the city she was thorough and friendly and talked us through the whole process. Could not have asked for a better experience. Anyone who gets to work with Charlotte will be very lucky! Credit to the company.

Jamie Canham did an excellent job looking after us - the rental market in Cambridge can be very tricky but Jamie was extremely helpful and communicative. We definitely wouldn't have found our place if it wasn't for him! Would highly recommend asking for him if you are looking for a place through Haart.

I have been searching for an ideal property in Cambridge for some months now, and Heart and particularly Aaron have been very professional. Aaron has proven to understand my needs, reaching to me about relevant properties, and being helpful, polite, and able to answer questions. It is reassuring to work with people like him

I had amazing viewing experience with Aaron! He patiently answered my questions and showed me very compartments of the properties. Also, he provided sufficient and professional details and status of properties to help me understand if the property is a good fit for me. Highly recommend Aaron as he is helpful and friendly!

I wasnt sure whether to let or sell, or even which agency to go with until I met Jamie Canham. Jamie was lovely and calm and considerate when I was an unsure and reluctant to become a landlady. Jamie has found us the most amazing tenants and I feel privileged to be able to provide a home.

We are to moving from India to Cambridge. Finding a house was a major challenge. Finally Found a house through haart. And Jamie was the point of contact for us. He not only helped in closing the deal by speaking to the landlord for us. Also He made the entire process so seamless and easy. Thank you Jamie for making this entire house hunting an easy task.

Had a great experience as a buyer, first in our house hunt where we mainly interacted with Darren who was very understanding and keen to find us a place that suited our needs. Then once we made an offer that got accepted, we worked with Holly till we exchanged the contracts. Holly was amazing and super responsive all the way through and acted as the perfect intermediary between us and the seller. The whole process was really smooth and I have nothing but good things to say about everybody I interacted with.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Haart is the first real estate agency I have worked with in Cambridge. Especially Maria has been very responsive and helpful during my property search. They have also quickly arranged for a mortgage meeting to give me a head start. It is a pleasure to work with Maria and the team.

Excellent letting agent experience! Jamie Canham met with me for a viewing and was delightfully helpful, listened to all my requirements and was able to arrange everything needed in record time. I went from viewing to keys in a matter of weeks, and he was great to work with at every step of the process.

We were guided through the process with skill and kindness: our multitude of questions and issues were always taken seriously. We all know moving house is a bit of a thing and because of his help it couldn't have been easier. Very happy with haart and the assistance.
