I recently had several viewings with Maria. Maria is incredibly professional and thoughtful and has gone over and beyond in her role to facilitate not only last minute viewings between ourselves and the vendors but also carried out after hour viewings in her own time. She followed up efficiently after every viewing and most all listened and took note of our requirements. I am usually not so happy with how the Property Management are handling our issues in the house before, either they don't come back anymore to fix the problem or tried fixing it but with cheap materials that we have to report it again after a few months or ignoring one of our concerns in the email. So I didn't expect a good and prompt response anymore. But luckily this time, Yasser took our issue and did a quick and prompt action. Our fridge lights are making this strobbing lights effect that it's giving me headache everytime I open the fridge. Thanks to his quick response it's been fixed now. Thanks Yasser! Overall positive experience. We just sold our property with Haart. I'd highly recommend for house sales as it comes with a transition manager service. They were also very efficient in all the comms and getting the property on the market. We had an offer within 2 weeks. However, if recommended by anyone please avoid DC Solicitors in Cambridge at all cost unless you want your house sale to fall through! Our buyer sadly used them and we nearly lost the chain. We only got there thanks to Tyan's relentless chasing on behalf of the buyer.. She was also very good and prompt on responses to any queries we had.

I am looking for a house so put my current house on the market and in the meantime viewed several houses in Cambridge. More than half of the estate agents I met were friendly, some is not so professional, and I met the worst agent arranged by Bush.Co. (so disappointed about her attitude). My wife and I were getting tired of selling/buying house, almost wanted to stop this process. Then, we met Maria C at Haart for 3 beds detached house. I asked many detailed questions and she replied at 6 am (yes, early morning before she went on annual leave). Also, she kindly replied to my further questions. Besides, during a call, when she said "I know how stressful it is to sell a house" It really comforted me. In that weekend, another viewing was arranged by Haart, and we met Michael W. Before I visited the place, I was concerned about no designated parking space and potential bin odor due to neighbour who put their bins behind that house(rather than behind their house). Surprisingly, Michael already knew my concerns and kindly explained all parking areas where my friends/guests can use without concerns if we buy this house. It feels like he knew my thoughts even before we met. And when I asked his opinion about Pros vs Cons of that house, he honestly/reasonably explained advantages and disadvantages of that house. He knew well about that area. He told me he has been an estate agent only for 7 months, but I would believe if it were 7 years, so friendly and professional. Last weekend, the trauma from Bush.co. bothered, but this weekend, the pleasure from two Haart agents is likely to reside in my family. Today, Haart was like a lovely heart to me thanks to Maria and Michael W. I'm not sure whether the house owner would accept our offer or not, but would still appreciate Michael's smile and kind words. Best, Yongmin

Hi I am a new landlord, living out of the area so really need a responsive agent I can rely on and communicate well with.. Haart were brilliant when we came to sell my late father in laws house. Amman Naveed- Akhtar was our initial point of contact, and he was very informative and knowledgeable regarding the Cambridge market, and valuations. The team involved with viewings were amazing and kept us very well informed, both by phone and emails. We dealt alot with Maria Chacon who had alot of patience and was very good at answering my many questions. Once we had accepted an offer, Tyan Descartes-Smith took over, and they were amazing.
