Mandy was always extremely communicative and on hand to answer all my questions, and she kept me in the loop throughout the process. I would particularly like to recognise the efforts of Mickey with arranging and doing an excellent job showing us places tailored to our rental interests, and Eleanor Penney who was our main point of contact through the whole rental process. Eleanor is prompt and clear with communication, helped address and resolve all of our concerns, making the rental process easier and significantly less stressful.

We appointed Fiona at Carter Jonas to assist us with selling our shared ownership flat with Curo. It was proven to be somewhat a difficult sell, however, Fiona had managed to secure our buyer and kept him interested and updated through out the process. Fiona really did an amazing job for us and we finally completed this past Friday!!! I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Fiona and your team for everything that you’ve done for us and being patient through out this journey. 17 years of renting in London and the experience with Carter Jonas, Sam Jarvis and team was the most pleasant I ever had. By default, I am always sceptic about all real estate agents but was very well surprised.Professionally friendly (without being the usual real estate fake friendly), very helpful, responsive, but essentially pleasant to deal with. Super smooth process, before and after agreement reached (you can feel the difference sometimes).

Sam & Igor at the Fulham branch. There are not enough words in my vocabulary to put into the words the lengths and the help these two lads where in helping us first of all find a place and to them completing all referencing at such a fast pace to get us moved ASAP. These guys are not only professional but personable. Their warm enchanting nature put any of our doubts at easy. You could tell they both genuinely wanted to do the most they possibly could and they did exactly that and more. I am generally a level headed calm collected peaceful being but with this being a stressful process, that went out the window but thankfully I had both Sam & Igor to keep my head out of the sandbox. These guys are a complete asset to the business and if i controlled the powers that be I’d have these guys at the top of the Carter Jonas cooperate ladder - they went above and beyond. It would be an insult to them to even put them in the same sentence let alone category as any previous experience with agencies before these two absolute legends. Ask for Sam & Igor. I rented my current apartment in central Oxford through Carter Jonas last summer, and decided to renew my contract for another year because of the company's excellent service. My apartment is managed by Maddy, who takes care of everything and is always there to help. Maddy has been ensuring all my messages were answered immediately and none of the maintenance problems can remain unsolved for more than one day. Maddy is definitely a trustworthy professional and worth a five-star rating.

I lived in a property managed by this agency for 2.5 years. The house itself was quite old, with aged facilities that had clearly seen many years of use before I moved in. However, the biggest issue arose during the checkout process.
