GoogleVery professional and quick support offered from both David and Josh! Advice was very well informed and taking into account my personal requirements. No problems at all with all the online check-in information and completing the required documents from a distance. Highly recommended.

GoogleSuper service right from the beginning. Felt personal, customised, obviously isn't but made to feel valued. Had to delay for a day, no problem! When we did turn up, the Guys on reception were welcoming, efficient and helpful (even providing a bucket with water as there had been some spillage on our journey). The storage facility itself is clean, run well, safe and secure , Thank you. Hamza, Nadir, David.

GoogleWarning: was offered a unit for two months for 108 GBP a day earlier, but in store the price was increased to around 300 GBP. These guys knew I had a flight to catch in the evening; which I assume was the reason for such an aggressive increase in pricing. If you are a student, please check your college first or go to another storage facility. I went to Storage King and got a unit for 68 GBP.

GoogleAn amazing alternative when you need some extra space despite of the reason behind. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. All our questions got answered and we were advised regarding the size of the room we needed, the boxes, dust covers, etc. The whole experience was very pleasant. The best thing about Big Yellow Self Storage is that they are very flexible and they will adjust to everyone's needs.
