GoogleBeen using this storage for years. Easy access and always a parking spot available. Entry is easy and I believe it's all temperature controlled. We store all kinds of personal effects there, including gear that has to remain dry/humid-free.

GoogleVery nice and friendly staff. From the initial call to moving in, and finally moving out, the staff at Big Yellow in Cambridge were brilliant. The spaces are huge, they are flexible, and go all out to deliver a good service. Thanks especially to James Abram who got me set up on the day. James went through everything very clearly and informatively (despite me being in a bit of an anxious headspace) and was a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleGreat experience. Super helpful and responsive. They called me to run through the paper work and talk me through this. They also really helped me with a offering a competitive price as I needed storage for 6-12 months which was greatly appreciated! I highly recommend the Cambs BYS. GoogleThis place is very unprofessional and just try to get the money out of you in any possible way . They don’t care if you have been a loyal customer . They treat you badly if you disagree with them. Look for a different place as you will be treated badly. Unfortunately there are no business ethics here .

GoogleWe arrived at 1720 to check in, Josh was on the desk and very much under pressure to finish by 6pm and get 2 others in front of us checkin, however he was professional and courteous and got us all checkin and showed us to our unit. After a very stressful day he looked after us brilliantly. 5 stars Josh.

GoogleI’m usually served by Matt and Hamza who are both awesome employees of an organisation that truly values its customers. We run an independent small business and wouldn’t be as successful as we are without the help of the team at big yellow. Nadir, David, Matt and Hamza are all customer service legends and deserve to be recognised. They constantly go above and beyond for their customers and it’s always a pleasure to see them. Googletl;dr: Very professional service for businesses needing storage / light industrial units. Our Amazon business needed to bring prep in-house following the closure of the external warehouse we used previously. We looked around several storage and light industrial options in Cambridge and chose Big Yellow although others were slightly cheaper. The staff were particularly helpful & patient during the initial part of our move when literally several hundred parcels arrived on some days, and giving tips on how to move our first pallets safely.
