GoogleWe phoned Orchard by Bridges to enquire a property to rent however the property was no longer available. Later in the evening Lily called back to say that the property was back on the market and arranged a viewing for the following morning. We arrived at the property to meet Mitch who was really helpful and answered all our questions. Overall the process was really smooth and efficient, this enabled us to put down a holding deposit for the property and we are excited to continue the process.

GoogleReally enjoyed my interaction with the Orchard team. They quickly understood our needs and suggested properties based on it (not auto forward of all properties in the price range). They followed up on all viewings and tried to support me with the decision making giving honest opinion and views. GoogleDuring my recent experience with Orchards in receiving a house valuation, I found that they were friendly, professional and easy to speak to. Olivia (customer service) and David (estate agent) were particularly helpful with my query, they gave open and honest advice and even passed me onto a helpful financial advisor. If we had gone ahead with selling the house (we decided to buy out instead), there would’ve been no question in my mind to use Orchards for the sale. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a friendly, reliable and honest estate agent.

GoogleI decided to ask Orchard to value my house as they had acted for me on a previous property. David Ramon arrived and I was impressed with his professionalism and his empathy to my situation which was to sell my house and buy a smaller flat in the shortest time possible. He and the rest of the team at Orchard did not disappoint- Dan, Jade, Jasmine and Olivia have all been instrumental in coordinating my sale and purchase - not always easy as I lived 150 miles away - very happy with the results.
