GoogleMy Journey with Orchard started good but ended up in a nightmare. I will not recommend their services as they are untruthful and dishonest. When apartment was handed over, it appears that the cleaning was subpar, with minimal attention given to detail. In addition to this, the property management has been lacking, as several issues were encountered such as broken toilet seats, a faulty sink drain, cracks in various areas, torn silicone and list goes on. These issues have caused significant inconvenience and required three days of my personal time to make the property habitable. Considering I explicitly mentioned the urgency of service deliverance due to having a new-born baby, I would have appreciated transparency regarding the readiness of the apartment and any potential delays in handing it over. Despite this, no contact has been made regarding the necessary repairs until their doors were knocked. I am rating my journey based on their dishonesty, unacceptable behaviour, and unfair treatment.

GoogleAfter a few months on the market with another estate agent, they were insisting a reduction in price to encourage further viewings. David knocked on our door by chance and said that he could sell our house for its current asking price with a couple of buyers in mind. The first viewer put in an offer, but sadly this fell through. Jaz found a viewing one week later which resulted in a sale being agreed just £5k below asking. We were getting married during this time and David’s team took the stress away from us along with most of the heavy lifting too. I would fully recommend using Orchards, from Jas’s super personable approach to David’s years of experience and know-how in touch and go moments.

GoogleVery pleased with the Lettings Team at Orchards. Richard, Client Manager at their Camberley branch, was very diligent at keeping up to date with the timing of the availability of the property and was totally accurate with the rent he recommended. The first potential tenant to visit the property took it at that price, and, despite the very short timescale, their Move Coordinator, Claire, was able to get all the paperwork arranged and signed-off in time.

GoogleThank you for making it so easy, at every stage of the journey I had reassurance and constant updates from Hannah and Clare the move coordinators, they really did go above and beyond at every step of the way right up till move date and after. I would highly recommend and use again the Bridges and Orchards group for further house letting or buying - Thank you!!

I ordered two 4 in 1 cherry trees. One died almost immediately. I contacted them 3 times via e-mail (there is no phone number on their website) and was completely ignored. Whatever you are saving in money by ordering from this discounted vendor is not worth the aggravation and poor customer service if you have a problem. I finally has dispute the charge with my credit card company.
Hi Lisa, Sorry to hear of your bad experience but I think you have the wrong Orchard - we are an estate agents and do not sell cherry trees unfortunately,,,, unless they come with a house you are purchasing! We pride ourselves on our customer service and as a small business heavily rely on reviews so if you wouldn't mind please removing this from our page and apply to the correct Orchard it would be much appreciated :) We hope that they refund you and you get some beautiful new cherry trees to replace them!
