Dwarf Bare root Chojuro Pears

I ordered 2 dwarf bare root Chojuro pear through Home Depot on-line and they came in from Online Orchards well packed and on the date promised. They are about 4 ft tall, well trimmed with strong root systems. I planted them a week ago following instruction from the " Planting and Care" guide provided, and now new leaves are coming out. I am very happy with the healthy plants , at 1/3 the price compared to potted fruit trees.

Be aware of these people .

Be aware of these people , they switch who your dealing with all the time , is it them or is it the landlord , they are very good when taking your money , but if anything goes wrong then they fob you off to the landlord , then the landlord doesn’t reply at that goes on and on , when you end your tenency then they take over again taking the smallest faults and want £180.00 for that or as they say , now your dealing with the landlord again who is very keen to speak now that they are demanding money from your deposit ,the agents give you some stuff on mould in bathrooms etc , and when the mold get bad and you clean it , which then also takes paint from the wall , then the landlord wants £180.00 to paint the bathroom, you also take a tenency in which the agents state that there is mould on and around the windows in every room , but if you don’t clean it at the end of tenency then the landlord again wants money from you for not cleaning the mould , which was there before you moved in . So do you clean the mold or leave it , cos they want more money either way . Don’t go with them , remember they are very nice when your looking to move in and they are taking your money ..and just to add I am now in the process of taking them to court to get all of my deposit Back , cos they or the landlord want £500.00 for general wear and tear , like , fading paint , some chipped paint , water stain on sink , toilet seat a bit loose, be very careful , I don’t know how long it’s going to be before I get my deposit back but it’s been one month already .

Great work

It is said that moving house is one of the most stressful things you ever do and they are not wrong. After accepting an offer from a cash buyer, we thought the sale would be straight forward. This was not the case but praise and persistence must be given to Hayley Levy in particular and David Ramon for pushing through with the sale for us. We managed to get the house we wanted and are settling in well. Poor communication with unreasonable hidden charges. All smiles and professional when trying to gain our business, as soon as we signed this changed to dismissive attitude and poor service. Their mistakes cost us money and they take no responsibility nor accountability for it. Poor service from start to finish and I’m glad our business with them has now concluded. I would strongly advise anyone and everyone to avoid them whether selling or renting.
