Any stage where it was getting too much of a knowledge gap with solicitors information he was more than happy to explain. I found this extremely helpful in my case. GoogleDavid Ramon was brilliant in the final week leading up to completion. In the extremely tight timescales (due to the buyers mortgage offer expiring) he really helped everything get over the line so that we didn’t lose the sale and end up at square one again.
