I decided to list my property with Bridges after a year of being with another estate agent and received no offers. Within 2 months of being with them, my property sold. Hayley was my sales contact and she was fantastic. I was kept informed throughout the process and updated weekly. On completion week Hayley worked tirelessly to help us exchange and complete before the dreaded stamp duty deadline. (Even staying beyond her work hours) The entire team provided amazing customer service. All queries were answered, all calls were returned. The sale managers are knowledgeable and know the area very well. My initial contact was with David and Rahim, they were helpful, not pushy & very honest. I couldn’t recommend a better company.

I am so pleased with the service I received from Bridges. From the first meeting with David when I explained my complex situation, he provided an excellent service. The valuation was competitive and his advice and recommendations were excellent. When the house went on the market, the communication and marketing from Bridges was excellent and in a tough housing market they sold my property in just over 2 weeks! I cannot recommend Bridges enough and if you are fortunate to have David selling your property you are are definitely going to get amazing service! 5 stars!

They’ll get you the sale, which is ultimately the important thing, but they’re complete cowboys! Not our 1st choice because they came across as cowboys in the pitch to us for our business, but unfortunately the 1st agent didn’t get us a sale. Our original impression was correct. They don’t care about getting you the best price because they’re on fixed fee so pitch offers to you that are £50k under the asking price - complete joke! You have to keep telling them don’t be ridiculous to actually get a sensible price. They lost us a sale through Jonathan’s ignorance! I had to point out they’re not structural surveyors. House went back on the market but Rahim was still trying to negotiate a very low price from the original potential buyers. I had to tell him I was not going to discuss this nonsense anymore. Our property was empty - Rahim switched off the heating in winter! On another visit we found he’d opened a window and left it open! Rahim LOST THE KEY! Never ever known an agent to lose a key. They say they have a secure key process - who knows what that is. Surveyor arranged access with them and on the day I got calls because no one had the key and they hadn’t seen it for 2 months! How could they not know they’d lost the key. Yes you’ll get your house sold but what an unnecessary drama. You need to be very firm with them about your price being the price to get a sensible sale. I hope to never deal with this agent ever again.

Throughout the purchase of the property and then the finding of the tenants I found the agents to be excellent. The team themselves were well organised and arranged the tenants very quickly. Hannah Kirby was excellent keeping me up to date with everything and gave me great peace of mind as the rental venture is new to me.
