Would highly reccomnend Orchard.If you are thinking of using one of these "pay one fee" companies then I would urge you to think about the old saying "you get what you pay for"The service we received from Orchard was fantastic. I love that every member of the team came out to the house at the start to learn about my home to enable them to know what they were selling potential buyers.We had 17 viewings in the first 5 days and one of those people bought the house.Orchard maintained contact throughout and responded to e-mails the same day.The pictures and information about our house was very good and posted online the day after we agreed to use Orchard.Our house was marketed, sold and completed in 9 weeks.Thank you Orchard, special thanks to Will and Dan.

Best estate agents we have ever used

Best estate agents we have ever used. Everyone in the Camberley office is professional, caring, friendly and empathetic. They arranged many viewings for our property, and what we appreciated the most was that they kept us informed continuously even if there was no news but to just check in. They were never pushy or abrupt; we didn't feel like we were just been given 'sales' talk but that they were there to help us get to where we wanted to be. I would definitely recommend Camberley Orchard and I will be using their services again should we move in the future.

Good Experience & would recommend

The property we were selling was put on the market within hours of our meeting with Orchards. We were informed of each viewing with a text & email, followed by feedback after each visit. Our exchange / completion date was bought forward which was not a problem but took us by surprise as we hadn't had any communication for afew weeks. This would be the only area of improvement. All the staff at Orchards were friendly & Helpful. Would be happy to recommend the team.

Dan at Orchards has been brilliant throughout our process of looking for a new property to rent. He has been attentive and showed great consideration in finding us a property which suited our many needs. Due to our landlord selling the property we currently rent, it felt like it would have been difficult to find somewhere as lovely as we currently live, but Dan has been relentless in helping, leading to us finding a new property we love! Have worked with Orchards for a few years and a few properties. Daniel Findlay's support with searches, questions, purchasing process has been excellent. The whole team at Orchards are great at listening to your needs and understanding how you want to work and what you need all they way through from step by step hand holding for first time buyers to a very helpful and easy to talk to guidance for the experienced buyer. It all started with the sales man, David, who was very professional during the viewing and once my offer got accepted, I worked solid with Hayley Levy. Hayley from the start was very professional, empathetic to any challenges with the process, as- ‘buying a house can’t be that easy’. She was always easily accessible on the phone or via email. No matter how challenging things were, she was always calm and reassuring and always willing to negotiate a better deal for me. I must admit besides some of the paperwork not moving as fast as I wanted, due to the nature of the house, Hayley did everything in her capacity for this to be completed just over a three months window. Her approachable manner, and always ready to help made the entire process enjoyable. I would be having Hayley over for tea once I move into the house and would share pics once this has happened. Thank you Hayley and thank you David, and to your entire team, up and upwards. I sure would buy again with you guys or rent my property with you guys. A very happy customer Frida xxxx

David is a very good estate agent. He makes it his business to know everything about your house, the area and the market. The rest of the staff not so much. Communication is a little haphazard and frustrating and a lot less professional. All that being said they did sell our house for us and it went through fairly quickly but our buyers were also frustrated by the lack communication and actually things went a lot smoother once we dealt directly.

We purchased our current property from Orchard’s back in 2013 and found Will Rosten extremely helpful throughout the transaction. Earlier this year we put our house back on the market with Orchard and Sean Baker was our main contact. We received an offer immediately but unfortunately the chain collapsed and we had to remarket it. On the same day Sean was able to secure several viewings for us and we were very impressed with his very quick response. By the end of the day we had two new offers on the table and were in the fortunate position that both parties wanted our property. Sean and Will guided us as to which would be the best offer to accept. Sean and the team were fantastic in selling our house above and beyond our expectations and the sales process was expertly managed with very good communications. Honestly made the process of being a first time buyer a lot less stressful. I dealt with jasmine who was super helpful and basically helped me find my lovely new home after I told her my budget and what I was looking for. Communication was great throughout the process and she always got back to me with as much information as needed. I chose Orchard by Bridges estate agents as I was looking to sell my home and move closer to family in London, they seemed like a family friendly down to earth team: Daniel, David , Jasmin and Will , the whole team pitched in. Daniel took the time to get to know me and my circumstance, breaking the mould of the typical estate agent persona - Daniel was very kind , honest and personable always being realistic. Daniel’s approach is very personal, checking in frequently and updating after each viewing. I liked that the whole team knew the status of my Sell if I required a quick update. During the process of selling my home there were a few hurdles which we encountered- Daniel approached these with a professional manor, patience & knowledge, always listening to my opinions and then advising with his years of experience helping to navigate through the difficult situations , especially negotiating timelines with other parties involved - guiding me through the process until we achieved the goal . We first approached Bridges, and secured an appointment through our local agents in Camberley, where our first appointment was with David Ramon which was great, he was very friendly, professional, personable and easy to communicate with. He listened to every point that we made and also considered our situation to have our best interest at heart, and assured us that he would try to work magic. So we decided to sign up on the spot. Every processes that David had promised were swiftly actioned to ensure that our house was marketed to the highest standard, ensuring that all photos and descriptions were excellent and gave the actual potential for the house.
