I chose Orchard by Bridges estate agents as I was looking to sell my home and move closer to family in London, they seemed like a family friendly down to earth team: Daniel, David , Jasmin and Will , the whole team pitched in. Daniel took the time to get to know me and my circumstance, breaking the mould of the typical estate agent persona - Daniel was very kind , honest and personable always being realistic. Daniel’s approach is very personal, checking in frequently and updating after each viewing. I liked that the whole team knew the status of my Sell if I required a quick update. During the process of selling my home there were a few hurdles which we encountered- Daniel approached these with a professional manor, patience & knowledge, always listening to my opinions and then advising with his years of experience helping to navigate through the difficult situations , especially negotiating timelines with other parties involved - guiding me through the process until we achieved the goal . Daniel always acted in my best interest & I would definitely recommend Daniel Findlay and the team at Orchard by Bridges.

I honestly don’t know where to start, Orchards have been amazing from the start. David was open and honest from the go and always kept in touch with me on the viewings etc. Then I got passed to Hayley, who is a credit to your company. She went above and beyond her job title within the whole process of this sale. Hayley without you seeing this through I don’t think we would have exchanged/completed within the deadline. Firstly the option of only five stars is disappointing as my overall experience of Orchard Estate Agents deserves a far higher rating. From the outset of meeting David Ramon with his courteous and respectful approach, the service I received has been been exceptional. We first approached Bridges, and secured an appointment through our local agents in Camberley, where our first appointment was with David Ramon which was great, he was very friendly, professional, personable and easy to communicate with. He listened to every point that we made and also considered our situation to have our best interest at heart, and assured us that he would try to work magic. So we decided to sign up on the spot. Every processes that David had promised were swiftly actioned to ensure that our house was marketed to the highest standard, ensuring that all photos and descriptions were excellent and gave the actual potential for the house. Our house has sold as promised within 3 weeks to the first viewer, and we now have also secured the house of our dreams which is also thanks to David's interaction and dedication to help us. David has kept us informed all the way through the process and calling to check in at all times and reassure us that everything is being done to put us in a good position. After having a valuation from a number of agencies, I chose Orchard by Bridges, primarily due to the way that they had talked with me. Shortly after the house went onto the market, David Ramon took over the management of the viewings / sales. When he was showing prospective buyers around the house, I was able to listen to him. He was amazingly enthusiastic, as well as knowledgeable about the house. He impressed me with his style, and I felt very confident that the sale of the house was in his hands. After the sale was agreed, David was able to keep me up to date from the buyers' perspective, and due to the lethargy demonstrated many times by the conveyancing solicitors, David was often subjected to me venting my frustration. David was so calm, reassuring and helpful. He often was able to communicate with the buyers and myself, and almost seemed to be the only source of help during this entire process. Orchard Estate Agents are lucky that David works for them - he stands way out front of other estate agents - and he deserves praise because I am sure without him I think that the exchange of contracts would not have taken place.PositiveResponsiveness

We recently had the good fortune of buying a house that was marketed and sold by Orchard Estate Agents. We ourselves had chosen to use Purple Bricks and additionally as it turned out, a rather substandard conveyancer. Luckily for us, our purchase was managed by David Ramon. He himself hosted the initial viewing and right from the start, it was clear that David was a seasoned professional and that he did ‘more’ than was standard. Once we had agreed our own sale, purple bricks went to ground and were pretty much uncontactable when we needed them to assist with communication between conveyancers and agents, to chase query and answer enquiries. As it turned out, even though we had a very short chain, our sale was incredibly slow and frustrating and it was only with the help and persistence of David @ Orchard, that things moved at all. David spent a lot of time on our behalf communication both up and down the chain, essentially acting as our own estate agent, even though we were paying him and Orchard nothing. I believe that the sign of any good business can be evidenced in the staff working alongside the management and I have only good things to say about the Team members that we interacted with when David was busy. Special mention to Will, who did a fantastic job during exchange and completion due to more complications. Will and the Team just dealt with them/it like seasoned professionals. In short, we are lucky that everything went to plan. We tried to save a few quid and used an online estate agent and a second rate conveyancer. In hindsight, this was a huge mistake and it is now very clear to us what the difference in fees gets you as an end user. When we are due to sell and move again, I will be calling David and his Team @ Orchard, no questions. Thank you!

Jasmine was very professional and courteous when showing us the property. We particularly welcomed the fact that she gave us time to look around and answered all our questions without a running commentary. Buying a house is always stressful and one likes to have time to view it and take in the environment. Not having somebody wittering on is a bonusJasmine made the whole experience very pleasant.
