TrustpilotFriendly and helpful agent
James was very helpful showing us around the property and pointing important things out to us. It was nice to actually have someone show you around and talk to you as we have found a lot of agents just stand there and leave you to it these days.

Bradley Stark at the Caister-On-Sea branch of Minors and Brady was great when we wanted to view, and then make an offer on a property they were selling. He was calm, clear and professional, arranging a viewing without any fuss, similarly handling the subsequent negotiations, setting out the the buying process and detailing the documents we would need to provide.A nicely fuss-free experience.

Liam was very approachable and easy to talk to without being pushy. He let us look around in our own time without hurrying us. We do like the property and are very interested.
