We have viewed a few properties advertised by Minors and Brady. Their service was excellent, as well as the properties that we've seen.One agent who stood out to us was Jack Whelan. He went above and beyond by arriving early to ensure the property was well prepared and inviting. Jack provided a detailed guide outlining things like local amenities, schools and transport links. As we asked questions about property history, the agent shared insights about past and current renovations and even offered to arrange a follow-up for more specific enquiries.Jack's proactive approach, coupled with a warm and professional demeanor, made our viewing experience seamless and reassuring.5 star service!

VERY PUSHY, to the point where they pestered and pestered about lowering the price, then played us off against each other by lying to me about my ex agreeing to reduce the price of the house in order to get me to agree.Having received my formal complaint stating what had happened, their response was: "We apologise if your interpretation of the conversation was different to how we saw it." which was blatant gaslighting.This is a despicable, underhanded company that only cares about the number of properties they sell, so they can boast about being the 'best seller' in the region, rather than caring about getting the best price and providing the best service for their clients.

Our move wasn’t the easiest. Hiccups from point A to B. The one consistent saving grace was the stellar service from the whole M&B team. From start to finish, their support was second to none. Natalie from the sales progression team was fantastic, keeping us up to date with our sale and purchase. Special thanks goes to Adam Waters, who went above and beyond when we ran into a few problems. Working out of hours and keeping us up to date during the whole time. I have no doubt that it was his insight and advice that made our sale and subsequent purchase happen. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you, for all of your help.

GoogleI have been dealing with Cassandra at Minors & Brady for a recent property purchase in the Norfolk area. The whole process has been really smooth from Offer submission to completion and key collection. Was nice to deal with the Team and in particular with Cass that really helped to keep the whole process together from the vendor and the solicitors involved. Would definitively like to work with them again in the near future.

We have just completed a purchase and sale. Minors and Brady dealt with our purchase and Property Ladder with our sale. The experience we had with these two agents could not have been further apart. It was Cass from Minors who we dealt with throughout the process once offers had been accepted and she was just brilliant! Constantly contacting and updating us, checking we were happy with everything and explaining the next steps.We will definitely look to use Minors again in the future (and will definitely stay away from Property Ladder).

My house sale was a very long, stressful process due to two buyers pulling out very close to completion date without giving a reasonable explanation. I had a number of different people dealing with the sale but it was Aysegul Capti that was the person who kept me informed right up until the sale was eventually completed. Selling a property is a very stressful experience due to outdated laws but Aysegul did her very best to help things along and kept me updated right until completion.

The worst estate agent I have ever dealt with, I have rented various properties over the last 10 years through multiple estate agents and never have I dealt with such an incapable team of people. Absolutely no regulatory responsibility, processes or complaints procedure. Looking to charge me £306 from my rental deposit for removing 6 screws, purchasing 3 rubber bathroom plugs, replacing a towel rail and removing rubbish that doesn’t exist in the property or on the checkout inventory. I would strongly recommend avoiding at all costs!!
