Had a viewing with Liam Upton, he was very professional and seemed to be very prepared for us. He was informative and helpful and booked us an appointment with a mortgage broker. The viewing time had to be changed slightly but we were given plenty of notice and kept in the loop, Liam was also very apologetic about the change. All in all a good experience.
