Waited a week to view a house ,booked viewing then day before they cancelled it ,only to say we could view one night in the week in the dark ,as Adam is too busy.Really not impressed as we have just about sold our house and needed to make a decision on this property and a new build.

Jake who came to do our appraisal was professional, friendly and not at all pushy and Brook has been great with communications. Also our photographer (who's name I cannot remember) was very considerate of our home, we didn't feel he was intrusive at all and he has made it look great! GoogleA big thank you to Mia, Charlie and rest of the team at the Caister-on-Sea Branch, for their professional service shown from marketing, to arranging viewings and agreeing a sale on our property/purchase, very helpful from the start. A very long process which started 5 months ago. We went on the market within 48 hours we had 8 viewings booked in and we sold within 8 days!!! Unfortunately our buyers lost their buyers, 8 weeks later we had even agreed an exchange date, in readiness to complete. It resulted in us going back on the market, we were so worried we would loose our purchase property, our dream home. Mia and Charlie reassured us we would sell again, and they would get it sorted. Wow did they within 24 hours 7 viewings, which resulted in 3 offers an agreed sale within 5 days amazing work!!! Didnt loose are purchase property and now we have completed settling into our new home. Thank you again team, professional and friendly service from start to finish. Highly recommend.
