We have recently been dealing with Darlows in Caerphilly and in particular Gareth. Gareth has been exceptional in understanding what we are looking for in a property and goes above and beyond to ensure that if there is a property that has come onto the market and he thinks that it would suit us to give us a call to discuss it. He takes our views on board and we really enjoy dealing with him.

We would always recommend Darlows Estate Agents. The staff are approachable, helpful and when needed, provide information and return calls when asked. We have dealt with Gareth Lewis for a number of years with viewings and potential offers. We appreciate his insight, enthusiasm, knowledge and 'telling it as it is'.

Fantastic service from Darlows and in particular Gareth Lewis. He was always warm, friendly and happy to answer any questions that we had. He updated us regularly of any new properties that came on to the market and was always very knowledgeable on viewings. I didn't buy a house with Darlows on this occasion, but would recommend their service over any others we received. Thanks again for your assistance. - Anton & Gemma.

I booked an appointment to view some properties with Gareth Lewis the estate agent who was very friendly and helpful. We decided on the same day to go back to view one of them for a second time and Gareth went the extra mile to fit us in at very should notice. When speaking to the staff over the phone they are always helpful and polite. I would definitely go back in the future.

Buying a property...Darlows is a must try...

Darlows is everything you hope to expect from an estate agent. From the beginning an efficient and prompt email to confirm the phone discussion followed up by a viewing where Lucy was incredibly informed and made the experience a delight. Lucy knew about the property, the area and offered excellent advice about the buying process. Although the viewing did not end in a sale we will definitely be using Darlows for future opportunities.

Gareth has been polite and professional, with showing us a house we are buying twice and answering any questions that came up! Cannot fault the service at Darlows as we have done everything in house, and all the staff have been lovely over the phone or conversing through emails.

Reactive Maintenance

Great support from Lauren Keirle dealing with a property maintenance issue. Lauren was polite and courteous throughout the process, discussing options, keeping me informed on progress and also on completion, which I found very helpful.

Claire was such a great help when we were selling her house. We found her very down to earth and approachable but always remained very professional. She took beautiful pictures of our home and was able to arrange this around our busy work schedules. I would be happy to have Claire as our estate agent again in the future.

We recently purchased a new home through Darlows Caerphilly, Richard was very helpful without being forceful, which I have found some other estate agents to be. The whole process, from booking a viewing to offer accepted was quick and hassle free. We viewed the property and within two-three hours had an offer excepted. Will definitely recommend. Thanks for everything.

Gareth was great dealing with our enquiry, we lost out on the property we really wanted, but Gareth assured us that if anything was to happen we would be the first to know. As soon as the property came back on the market we got a call straight away and were able to proceed. Very professional and great to see that promises are kept.

Recently dropped into the local branch to enquire about properties and was meet by Gareth, one of the your estate agents. Just wanted to let you know how accommodating he was, nothing was to much trouble and we've dealt with Gareth write the way through. From start to our offer getting accepted. If only all people that deal with the public were as professional and help full as him. Very helpful asset
