I received excellent service from Gareth Lewis from Darlows of Caerphilly. When I spoke with Gareth on the phone he was friendly, polite and very helpful. I shortened my family holiday to view a property and he was able to arrange for me to see the property at a time convenient to me as well as the vendor. It was refreshing to speak with someone who genuinely cares about the people - the buyer and vendor, not just about selling houses. When I met with Gareth to view the property he was again helpful, friendly and polite, he included my children in conversation and gave us time to have a good look around the house and garden. Highly recommended!

We are so happy with the service that we received from Darlows, especially from Gareth Lewis. Gareth took us to view multiple properties and talked us through each house until we found our new home. This is our first home in the UK and we were so well taken care of by Gareth, who was further supported by the rest of the team at Darlows Caerphilly. After seeing properties from lots of real estate agents both in Caerphilly and in Cardiff - I can honestly say that Gareth's professionalism and knowledge was the best we found. We couldn't be happier!

I viewed houses with Conner on many occasions he’s a top Agent, got to know us and what we were looking for, he went to the trouble of emailing new houses on the market, houses he knew we would have an interest in, and price drops. It’s been a pleasure Conner and we hope you go far in your career Wendy & Phil

Superb service from Christine and the team

Superb service from Christine and the team at Tonypandy. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble when I was looking to buy a house in the area. Prompt responses to all enquiries and Christine went out of her way to ensure that I could view relevant properties in the limited time that I had available.

Gareth Lewis was so helpful and professional when we found the home we wanted to purchase . He has kept in touch thru out the process . Being of an older age group was great with all the process we had to follow otherwise it might not have been so straight forward

Chose to use Darlows Estate Agents at Caerphilly, due to our Uncle suddenly passing away. We live in North Wales, some 4½ to 5 hours away. Darlows, Claire Lea, Olivia Roberts and all the rest of the staff were excellent and couldn't do enough to help us, and/or answer any questions we had, no matter how big or small. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you once again for all your help during this difficult time.

Words cannot convey how much I appreciate your expertise during the big decision of purchasing a home. Thank you so much for all your help! I’m so grateful for all of your hard work you’ve done to not only sell our home, but to find my soon to be dream home as well. I’m endlessly grateful to have you as my agent and couldn’t be happier with the way everything worked out. Thanks again Gareth Lewis, most appreciated!
