GoogleOur house was sold through country Holmes. We were kept updated throughout the process by Ginene who was brilliant. All questions were answered very quickly and we were regularly emailed to keep us informed of what was happening. Highly recommend using them.

GoogleFrom the first moment I entered Webb's Agents to sell and buy the staff there are amazing, I felt welcomed they explained the process clearly. They were very good at finding and suggesting properties with the situation I was in and took everything into account. When my new place I have now came up for availability they wasted no time notifying me and arranging a view. Once I put my bid in and was excepted was just a waiting game but every step of the way the staff was with me, any question any concern I had they put my mind at ease they were great from start to end right up to the moment I had my keys. I am so glad I chose that agency felt like part the family there, I still pop in to say hello once in a while, they are always glad to see you. Outstanding group of staff there.

GoogleIt appears that once you place an order the work is issued to an overseas agent, this makes communication very difficult using broken English, in addition there is a total lack of knowledge relating to search terms, English pronunciation of local areas and cities, despite complaints and many requests for contact by a UK based contact they simply do not engage.

GoogleUnfortunately had a really bad experience with this company and would not recommend them. They were totally unprofessional and rude. Did'nt return calls to myself and our estate agents and solicitor over a property that we had been accepted for, but later backed out due to alot of issues that had been going on for 5 months. We have since found another property and have been dealing with another estate agent that have been a breath of fresh air, so friendly, approachable and nothing is too much trouble at all.
