I was really struggling with finding a good mortgage advisor and trying to secure a mortgage, but as soon as I spoke to Natalie I knew she was the right woman for the job. Natalie has upheld a fantastic level of service with her customer centred approach, keeping me up to date every step of the way and always going above and beyond to deal with any questions or concerns. Natalie's professionalism and knowledge in her field is a credit to Your Move and Embrace, she exemplifies everything needed in a mortgage advisor, I really dont think I would have been able to get my dream home if it weren't for her guidance and support along the way. I have already told many of my network and family about Natalie and will be sure to send them all directly to Natalie when they are ready for a mortgage or renewal. Overall fantastic character, easy to talk to, great knowledge and goes above and beyond, could not ask for more. Thank you Natalie! p.s. give the lady a raise or pay bonus, she has earnt it.

GoogleWe recently completed on a property on the 20/09/2024 after putting offer in, in May and nothing was too big for Aidan or Julie. If we had any questions, they always were answered and super friendly making the process of buying our first home easy. Once we completed, we got sent a lovely little hand painted drawing of our house which was such a personalised experience for us, and something we will keep forever!

I thought that she was very good at dealing with comms between buyer/seller, she managed to get quick responses to questions and also went above and beyond in trying to get in touch with solicitors and the other parties. I enjoyed working with her throughout the transaction.

GoogleI was torn between two other Estate Agents, one of whom I had met before, who I could not fault in any way, and another who said all the right things, but then I met Jonathan, and after our initial first meeting, I knew he was the right choice for me. I'm not the easiest person to deal with due to some issues I have, but Jonathan coped marvelously with me, somehow giving me confidence to move forward to selling my house with his expert help. Top ratings from me!

This was despite a lot of difficulties with miscommunications not involving themselves. I am very impressed with their accommodating nature
