GoogleI highly recommend Oulsnam Estate agent in bearwood. They processed the whole selling experience without unnecessary added stress because they were considerate, honest, efficient and hard working. Consequently, inspiring trust. I particularly appreciate the first meeting with Ben because he thoughtfully tried to guide me . Moreover, his photos of the property indicated an appreciation of it's positive features. GoogleOulsnam have recently completed the sale of my Bearwood house and I have to say that they were absolutely fantastic throughout. The whole process was made very easy from Ben’s first visit, valuation, photos and initial marketing of my property. The various phases were explained very well and I was left with a confidence that everything would be handled professionally. Several visits were made for the first week of going on sale and I was fortunate to receive an offer very quickly. Once the offer was accepted the Oulsnam team handled everything from there in. I really couldn’t fault the service and would definitely recommend Oulsnam to anyone looking to sell their house. Thank you team!!

GoogleFine and country were excellent from start to finish. We initially had a valuation a year before we decided to go to market. They followed up, gave us thinking time, and were absolutely on it from the moment we decided to go to market. Becky and Simon listened to our requests, and on the first day of viewings, we had 5 people through the door and 2 cash offers. They were always available for questions and regularly updated us through the sales follow-up. We can't thank them enough for their professionalism and ease of communication. We will definitely use them if we ever move again, but hopefully, we are in our forever home. Now, a couple of years on, we have moved again. What prophetic words from our first review. We went straight back, this time selling and buying through Fine and Country. It has been so straightforward and there is always someone at the end of the phone with highly informed, realistic advice. This time we sold within 3 days and moved in 3 months. Forever a fan of this brilliant team. Eternally grateful, Abi and Jonny.

His knowledge and experience of agency in Surrey is second to none, without him we would not have survived the stresses of moving house. Henshaws is how all estate agents should be, super professional and very personable. We recommend them to anyway selling in this corner of world. Fed up with This agency, we keep chasing our deposit , no response and no clear communication; false and irrelevant checkout report , they do not deserve any star

GoogleI would like to take this opotunity to thank all at Harington Brown Estate agents in Shotley Bridge for their help selling my property through them. Every one involved, Jennifer, Aiden, and James, being my main contact but also the girl's and other members of staff have all been exemplary. From the initial contact with them to completion of all the staff displayed excellent knowledge of the housing market, and throught their services , I recived full asking price offers on on the first day of the property going to market. Their service did not stop there, they continued to work with,my purchases, Ir solicitors, my solicitors, and myself throught to the end of the selling process. All in all everything that you would hope for from exelent Estate agents.
