Google10/10 Honestly so glad we paid for an actual estate agent rather than going with online ones like PB. Will was fantastic, he helped with the sale and purchase of a property and couldn’t fault him. Nothing was too much trouble and having Will to support during a stressful house move was a life saver. GooglePlease avoid dealing with this agency . we rented a flat with them, there was a leaking from the above the property , we reported the issue , they did not even took the time to come and have a look into it . Very terrible experience, please avoid dealing with them. for a few dust, they are charging us 155 , a big SCAM. This agency does not deserve any star . our daughter was sick twice in this property . dehumidifier was on 24 hrs On . until now, we did not receive our deposit. We raised a complaint but they come back to us with bla bla without a resolution. We are planning to take to ombudsman

Communication has been amazing and any questions we have had have been answered. Especially Olivia, her viewing was so warm and welcoming, we didn’t feel rushed at all she was so welcoming and open to questions, the others were very rushed and wanted us out the second we stepped foot in. 5 stars and a big shout out to Olivia for always being so efficient and chasing the slow paced Soliciter and seller company, I hope that Olivia gains something from this!! GoogleIf you are looking for an estate agent that goes the extra mile, with excellent communication and care, then look no further. We bought our beautiful home through Fine & Country and the service we received was exemplary from start to finish. Simon showed us around a number of properties and, within minutes of meeting us, he was able to say which properties he thought would be front runners for us. He was right! Buying and selling can be very stressful but the team here are unflappable, caring and conscientious. Towards the end of the process, Rebecca was brilliant at chasing estate agents, buyers, vendors and solicitors and making sure that we were all on the same page. If we were ever to sell again, we would definitely choose Fine & Country. Thank you for helping us find our dream home in this beautiful part of the world.

GoogleOulsnam sold our property quickly and stayed with the process for nearly 10 months due to numerous issues found with the original lease. Sarah was outstanding throughout chasing and keeping all parties involved and up to date. Without her persistence I would have probably given up on the sale months ago. First class service and highly recommended.

GoogleMike the front desk man was delightful and provided our family special touches. Mike the operations man was forward leaning and helpful. Summer the breakfast lady was cheerful and accommodating. Taylor the front desk lady was friendly with our morning hello. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was spot on. The parking was easy and free. There is a nice grocery store within a four minute walk and a burger restaurant within a two minute walk. The pool had a good temperature for the kids. Thank you.
Hi Karen, That was a great review and we love hearing feedback! Unfortunately we are not a hotel and although my employees would love a pool in the office we currently do not have one. We do although have an employee called Micheal but he doesn't work the front desk, that is Saba! We wont feel to hurt when you remove the review, it sounds like a great hotel!
