Will was absolutely amazing throughout our selling and buying experience! We had our house on with a different agent and our listing had gone completely stagnant. Will came round and suggested a new price and brand new advert. The pictures and descriptions were brilliant and really made our house shine, we got an asking over asking price shortly after! He was brilliant at chasing all the different solicitors involved in the chain and made sure we were updated promptly. He was a pleasure to speak to and made the whole process so much more easy for us. Can't thank him enough and 100% recommend to anyone.

We were so lucky to have Fine & Country sell our house. We had tried various agents locally, but the service and expectations were totally disappointing. After being highly recommended to Fine & Country we quickly realised why......The dedication, professionalism, and aftersales service was truly amazing. First and foremost - they achieved full recovery of all monies and fees so there's no better outcome that could have been achieved. I had never needed to use a service like this before so I have nothing to compare to but it did seem to take a while between each step. I would have preferred quicker but I don't know if that's possible. I think the main thing I would have liked was better communication. A couple of times I asked for info and In this day and age where everything is internet instant, not knowing what was happening, what the next stage would be etc seems a bit out of touch. But like I said up front they achieved 100% success in collecting what was owed to me so I would have no hesitation in using them again should the need arise.

I want to firstly recognise Ginene Walker the branch manager at country Holmes….. she has been nothing short of fantastic in dealing with our sale… we had a few problems along the way but her support never waivered… I knew that Ginene would always call me back promptly which is so important to me and her experience and knowledge of the process was so reassuring, she gets stuff done and that’s what you need! On first meeting her i knew she cared and has delivered an exceptional level of customer service. There were a number of legal hurdles to overcome and Kate did a great job keeping me informed on any progress and liaising with the seller (a receivership company) to ensure things kept moving along. Post completion Kate has always answered any further questions I had promptly and continued to provide a great service. Would highly recommend.
