GoogleOulsnam sold our property quickly and stayed with the process for nearly 10 months due to numerous issues found with the original lease. Sarah was outstanding throughout chasing and keeping all parties involved and up to date. Without her persistence I would have probably given up on the sale months ago. First class service and highly recommended.

Kate in particular was proactive - without being pushy and staying on top of timings at all stages, never losing her professionalism, even when frustrated with hiccups along the way. . GoogleMike the front desk man was delightful and provided our family special touches. Mike the operations man was forward leaning and helpful. Summer the breakfast lady was cheerful and accommodating. Taylor the front desk lady was friendly with our morning hello. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was spot on. The parking was easy and free. There is a nice grocery store within a four minute walk and a burger restaurant within a two minute walk. The pool had a good temperature for the kids. Thank you.
Hi Karen, That was a great review and we love hearing feedback! Unfortunately we are not a hotel and although my employees would love a pool in the office we currently do not have one. We do although have an employee called Micheal but he doesn't work the front desk, that is Saba! We wont feel to hurt when you remove the review, it sounds like a great hotel! GoogleWebbs had been helpful in showing us a number of properties that met our requirements. Then when house we bought came back on the market ( previous sale buyers had to pull out as their sale failed) they let us out in an offer before open visiting day. And they supported and gave advice to progress the sale promptly.

GoogleDreadful experience. Ineffective and they have charged me £90 for the pleasure. Their approach seems to focus on Multiple SMS messages asking the debtor for money and despite my request that they try something else, they didn’t. It all took so long debtor moved twice and needed me to pay for a tracing. Eventually they gave up, and charged me for doing so. Absolutely shocking. Do not use this firm.

GoogleWe chose KT initially because their marketing seemed better and they had sold houses close to the asking price near ours. Anna communicated the process very well and was able to speed up the process as we had a purchase agreed and needed a sale. Once the ad was live we had an agent dedicated to us. Lauren was always available and communicated brilliantly. Property sold in a week and Sarah from the sale progression team took over from there and she was just as brilliant. I would recommend.

GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with this agency. My sales appointment was cancelled at the last minute, just two hours before the scheduled meeting, after I had already driven over an hour to prepare the property. The reason given was based on an incorrect accusation about fees from years ago. In reality, the agent had already taken her fees directly from the tenant’s rent/deposit during my first tenancy. When the property was relisted months later and I sourced my own tenant after the agency struggled to find one, she still demanded additional fees, and it appears she has held this against us ever since. Cancelling a pre-arranged sales appointment over something so petty and unrelated to the current sale is extremely unprofessional. I would recommend choosing a more reliable and respectful local agent instead, such as JWW or Sylvester, who actually understand the market and treat clients properly.

As an independent agency, we have the freedom to choose who we work with, and we only move forward with clients who respect our team and our values. Our decision wasn’t “petty”, it was simply us taking pride in what we do and refusing to compromise on standards. I also notice you’ve used your review to advertise two other agents. Interestingly, you chose not to market with either of them, opting instead to try and sell the property yourself for nearly a year, and now have chosen to proceed with a nationwide firm. That choice speaks for itself. Nevertheless, we wish you the best of luck with your sale.

GoogleThis is an all star team - Richard's warm and genuine manner secured us a buyer in a really tough market when no other estate agent could. He is exceptional. He then progressed the sale and expertly overcame various complexities. Vanessa was really friendly and kind when looking for a property, and Andrew who showed us round made us fall in love with it even more. Their human approach to buying and selling is so refreshing. Don't usually leave reviews but they are absolutely outstanding and we'd recommend them to anyone!
