GoogleWasn’t the smoothest house sale, took 19 months from listing to completion and landed at 80% of the original valuation. Because it was quite long we were supported by several agents. Tom stepped in late in the process (12 months in) and he was particularly helpful near the end liaising with our buyer solicitors and giving us direct updates.

GoogleI have been working with Starberry for over 6 years. I've found all staff to be very helpful and always available. We use their complete service including social media, SEO, google ads, editing etc. In particular I would like to shout out three staff who I have found to be particularly amazing. Franklyn, he is my account manager. He is one of the hardest working people I've ever met, always available, always striving to help us get to the next level. Deepak, he has been editing videos for us. The quality of his edits have been superb. We've had more followers, more reach and more leads since he has been helping us. And finally last but not least Krishna. He has been helping us with SEO. He's work has got us onto the first page and top three in loads of search terms. Since he has come on board our results have been superb. Thank you all for your efforts.

GoogleWe recently rented a property through the Poundbury branch. Both Lucy and Ismay were helpful and professional at all times, answering all of our questions quickly. Ismay (who took us through the process) responded very promptly to all emails and from viewing to move in date everything was quick and efficient. Carrying out viewings and responding to paperwork electronically was made very easy during lockdown.
