GoogleWe recently rented a property through the Poundbury branch. Both Lucy and Ismay were helpful and professional at all times, answering all of our questions quickly. Ismay (who took us through the process) responded very promptly to all emails and from viewing to move in date everything was quick and efficient. Carrying out viewings and responding to paperwork electronically was made very easy during lockdown.

From the initial meeting to the marketing / photographs and subsequent negotiations. HB had sold my home before it even hit the market! GoogleTrying to buy a house this year has been difficult. Some estate agents have particularly poor customer service and one in particular even worked against us at every opportunity. When we viewed the house we went on to buy with Jon we instantly knew we were in safe hands. Once SSC Lucy was the most attentive and helpful in progressing our sale. GoogleHi All, @bookhamoffice Never trust this agency, I've viewed one of their property and signed sale agreement and paid solicitor for conveyancing searches .Before the payment I asked them several times is there any legal issues/pending in the property , they said 'No' , the solicitor fee was non-refundable .Once the search started we came to know there is an unpaid bill for the property , and we need to pay it , when I ask about this ,their staff behaved so rude and unprofessional. I lost my £500 , so be careful. Don't trust them , you will loose your money
