Can't fault these folks, they worked hard to find buyers and then really put themselves out to help with the sale. A tricky sale was monitored and followed up at all times so thanks must go to Natalie, Kate and Pauline who were lovely and friendly to deal with. Thank-you..

I was extremely impressed with all members of the Welocate team. Not only did they provide an excellent professional and friendly service, they completed the sale of my property in just 56 days and managed to obtain a 6.7% increase on the advertised price at a time of great uncertainty in the housing market that has been caused by the economic uncertainty resulting from the BREXIT pantomime. This is the second time that I have used Welocate and would strongly recommend them to potential vendors.

Fantastic from start to finish. Sold my house on the first set of viewings over the asking price, after receiving a few offers. I was kept up to date throughout and the team assisted me in getting surveyors etc into the property. Very happy - highly recommended !

GoogleFrom Start to finish the experience was excellent, Met with Jamie initially who is very pleasant and explained everything in clear to understand language. From then on it was plain sailing with Kate keeping me up to date at all times with progress on the sale. the rest of the team kept me up to date in Kate's absence and the whole process was very easy. FacebookHad a broken boiler for 10 months. Been left numerous of times over night with no gas, hot water or heating. I have my 4 year old son in a freezing cold house. The boiler failes near enough 3 times a week yet WeLocate can’t be bothered to do anything. Worst WORST letting agency.
