Great service, would highly recommend!

Switched my property management over to WeLocate after various other companies for years and can now see what I've been missing! They not only found a tenant for my property really quickly but they managed the entire process, even helping and arranging some internal works to be done, leaving me with total confidence in them. Absolutely brilliant at welocate Bury. Pauline, jamie and katy helped me beyond belief. They helped at the end of the sale with nothing being to much trouble, including after work hours to pick emails and phone calls to stay in contact when our move was postponed 24hrs before completion due to further down the chain. The staff are that good, I've used them twice in the last 5 years.

Highly Recommended We used 3 services at we-locate; to sell our house, to handle the onward negotiation and to arrange mortgage for the new place. The whole process was completely flawless. We sold our house in 1 week and sold at higher price, David negotiated a lower onward purchase price and Steve negotiated a new mortgage in about 30 mins with absolutely no fuss. What can we say? Superb result thank you - special shout to Pauline and Kate for handling communication through lockdown.

Thankyou for everything you have done for us!!So pleased we took a chance on a company we had never heard of and found by googling Estate agents near me. We had an offer on our house in 3 weeks. We also used We Locates negotiation service to secure an excellent price on our onward purchase.Our first email enquiry was responded to instantly by Pauline. We got a realistic valuation by Jamie who was down to earth and honest . No-"hard sell " at any point, not signed in to any contract as in Jamie's words "Its our job to make you want to stay."I emailed one Sunday with a question not expecting a reply until the following day but wanted to send the email while it was on my mind, David responded immediately. Pauline phoned regularly with lots of viewing and gave us an update after each one. Then there is Kate who I have spoken to more in the last 2 weeks than I have my own family. Kept our sale together when it nearly fell through many times. Perfect service all round. We wish We Locate much success for the future!!

The best EVER!!

In my opinion, WeLocate are the only ones who deliver what they promise. Beautiful people. I was continuously kept up to date with every progress. They are very quick, efficient and professional. Trust me when i say, these guys and girls can and will sell or buy your home within weeks!!. So if your stuck with the same estate agent, give them a go you will not regret it. I had a buyer for my house within a week! It had been on the market for over 9 months with others who really couldn't be bothered. I tell all my friends and family too. I found them through my brother after they sold his house. I could go on and on singing their praises, so why not find out for yourselves!

First Class Service

Welocate have been first class with regards to my house sale!I have experienced other estate agents whose only contribution in the process was raising my stress levels significantly. My first encounter was with 'David' who was excellent in explaining the process and providing me with informed choices and in addition his photography skills were brilliant. I was then kept updated by the lovely Pauline and Kate and every aspect was dealt with by them in a professional, caring and friendly manner.
