I had previous issues trying to sell my apartment but as soon as it went up with Daves company it had 10 viewings within the first couple of weeks. Communication was on point at every point and I wouldn’t hesitate to use again! Great work

GoogleI would like to share unbelievable UNIQUE experience especially nowadays majority if not all Estate Agents being very picky and fussy by taking advantage of high demand of tenants looking for a property but unfortunately very few good properties available at a Fair Premium. Spoke to a Lovely very professional, Attentive and above all treated me as a serious individual from the GET Go. Made just 1 simple Call, Kate Answered, took my enquiry and interest, Kate then very politely asked to give her 30 mins to see viewing availability. Within 5 minutes, phone rang gave me an immediate next day viewing, oh today just now is Friday 4pm therefore arranged me a viewing next Day Saturday 1st thing 9.30am BOOKED AND CONFIRMED. most importantly and pls TAKE NOTE YOU ALL GREEDY AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CURRENT CLIMATE DEMAND ESTATE AGENTS... Kate arranged a SINGLE person viewing NOT OPEN 2 HOUR OPEN VIEWING WITH 20 APPLICANTS TO COME AND VIEW A PROPERTY AND GIVEN ONLY 5 MINS TO VIEW MAKE A DECISION ON THE SPOT AND THEN PUT IN A COMPLETED APPLICATION WITH A BID. Well done Kate. You and your Team are Unique very understanding and never took advantage of one's current difficulty position in finding a property. I would 100% recommend referring any house hunters to contact Kate and her Team and rest assured you will be treated Fairly and most importantly as an HUMAN BEING and not HERD OF SHEEPS.. THANKS KATE

The service provided by We-Locate has been outstanding from start to finish. From the minute Jamie came to give a valuation right through to Kate's hand holding through the process, the team made the tortuous experience of selling our house as straightforward as possible. Communication has been exceptional. I cannot recommend We-Locate enough and the team would always be our first choice.

The company its self was very good, gave you the time of day with any quiries. The blokw we had to do the photos for the house did a fantastic job and help sell the house in less than 2 weeks. Only down side was the solicitors in which were recomended by them (simpson and millar) who i found were slow with all asspecs of the house. Didnt keep me up to date and found they blamed me alot for them not doing their job properly. They also didnt keep me upto date with company policy which almost sadled me with two mortgages and were slow to give back the money in which i made from the house again Due to policy. But as an estate agent they are one of the best 👌🏻

WeLocate have been superb and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. They are knowledgeable, efficient and responsive and I have been particularly impressed with their overall performance. I've been communicated with and kept up to date the whole way by Kate Steadman and she has been brilliant but the whole team are excellent and you can see that the internal communication works really well. They contact you by phone and follow up with written communication by email every step of the way. They knock the spots off any other estate agents and I will definitely share my positive experience with others. In a world of poor service this has been a refreshing change!

GoogleMy house was sold within 19 days, This company is amazing! The communication throughout the whole process was fantastic and I really felt like they cared. Moving house can be very stressful and every time I called a member of staff was able to help immediately. The financial advice that I received was also fantastic and will save us 1000's of pounds. I would 100% use We Locate again and recommend them to everyone I know.
