GoogleMysef and my wife have had a great experience selling our property with Welocate. First met with Jamie who is a great asset to the company and was consistent throughout. He who was easy to get hold of when called upon which is important. Always got a regular stream of viewers in for our house and easily contactable. Even though i done most of the house viewings myself, we always got feedback with 24 hours. Through the post sale agreement process, Pauline was a great support through and was always happy to chase solicitors for us. She was instrumental in getting the sale to exchange from the buyers side. The difference between Welocate and the other agents is that welocate set expectation from the off and do what they say! as opposed to other agencies who oversell their services and over promise and under deliver. Would recommend We Located to anyone selling there house. The only thing i would feedback is to take JMW of their solicitors panel! 😂 Happy Christmas and New Year to the gang!

WeLocate have been outstanding in our eyes. Although they were actually our buyers agents, it sometimes felt as though they were employed by us to meet all of our needs. Our property purchase was far from your typical house sale with over 7 months of ups and downs where at numerous times we felt as though the sale may fall through but WeLocate remained pro-active and positive throughout the hole sale filling us with confidence that we are in the right hands. Pauline Blackmore was especially helpful, keeping us regularly updated and going that extra mile to ensure that things were being dealt with and that we were happy. Without Pauline and WeLocate we are confidant that the purchase would not of completed and now we are settled in our dream home thanks to WeLocate.

I have viewed a house with Kate from WeLocate and I can't recommend her and her company enough! She was punctual, kept in touch and followed through on her promised calls and was knowledgeable about the property and the market. She understood my needs and made further relevant suggestions. I had a most informative chat with their mortgage consultant Steve, who was very professional, thoughtful and overall both Steve and Kate have been very kind and helpful! WeLocate were pretty great throughout our experience, from booking a viewing to handling our offers, throughout the waiting period and finally at completion. We got through with very little additional stress. That was certainly helped by the WeLocate team's quick responses and continually staying on top of the details of our purchase. Particularly, Pauline was great support.Only thing that could be improved is a little more advice or guidance for first time buyers and sellers. We had a situation to work out with our vendors that the estate agent mediated. However, they didn't chip in with advice that it turned out, with their experience, should have been obvious to them. We didn't understand that until later. It would have been nice to get advice to resolve an issue more quickly.

There are many Estate Agents to choose from these days when deciding to sell your property and it is often difficult in making the comparisons between them and deciding which Estate Agent best suits your needs e.g. online, high street, commission based, fixed fee etc, etc.I chose a relatively young company which in my opinion are a hybrid of all the best options. WeLocate quote a fixed cost on a no sale, no fee basis (note: the same applies to their chosen conveyancing solicitor), so there is really no financial risk to you.The team at WeLocate are all extremely professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful with a "can do" attitude. From my experience of using WeLocate to sell my property, everything that they say they will do, they do. They keep you regularly updated, call when they say they are going to call, and are always supportive and positive on the rare occasion when things aren't quite going your way! The team of Kate, Pauline & Jamie are always fully up to date with the progress of your property sale or purchase and do genuinely work as a very effective team (which from my experience of Estate Agents isn't always the case). I would not hesitate to use WeLocate for the sale or purchase of a property in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering the same.....Thanks Guys!

A fantastic experience from start to finish.. Kate, Emma and Pauline were all very helpful to me at a very stressful time in my life. Emma showed me round the bungalow that is now my home. She was helpful and informative and also gave me the opportunity to look round by myself. I also looked round with a couple who came to view after me. Kate was very helpful and kept me informed about all stages of the move. She negotiated with the sellers for me and any questions I wanted her to put to them were handled straight away. I didn't have to hang around waiting for answers at any point. I knew if I needed her for anything she would help me. She was in regular contact for over 3 months. If I needed to prompt my Solicitors or buyers about e.g. exchange and completion dates, she would remind me. I met Pauline once when I collected the keys and I spoke to her on the phone beforehand. She was very helpful also. I would recommend this company to anybody. They take the stress out of the moving and buying experience and add the excitement !

As a first time buyer it was much appreciated to purchase through a company whose staff were always on hand to answer any questions I had. Pauline helped guide me through the buying process and was my main point of contact. When Pauline was on holiday, Kate was there, fully up to speed with the purchase, Despite not being his job even the mortgage adviser, Steve, was happy to take time out of his day to contact the vendor to assist me in my purchase. All in all this is a very easy company to buy through, made that way by their great staff.

GoogleThe company as a whole are truly fantastic and professional. Our estate agent was Jay who was so knowledgeable the videos and picture were brilliant and captured our house as we wanted it . We didn't give the company an easy time of it by taking the house of the market to then find our dream home and putting it back on. The company were not phased by this and sold our house within a week.

I had previous issues trying to sell my apartment but as soon as it went up with Daves company it had 10 viewings within the first couple of weeks. Spoke to a Lovely very professional, Attentive and above all treated me as a serious individual from the GET Go. Made just 1 simple Call, Kate Answered, took my enquiry and interest, Kate then very politely asked to give her 30 mins to see viewing availability. Within 5 minutes, phone rang gave me an immediate next day viewing, oh today just now is Friday 4pm therefore arranged me a viewing next Day Saturday 1st thing 9.30am BOOKED AND CONFIRMED. most importantly and pls TAKE NOTE YOU ALL GREEDY AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CURRENT CLIMATE DEMAND ESTATE AGENTS... Kate arranged a SINGLE person viewing NOT OPEN 2 HOUR OPEN VIEWING WITH 20 APPLICANTS TO COME AND VIEW A PROPERTY AND GIVEN ONLY 5 MINS TO VIEW MAKE A DECISION ON THE SPOT AND THEN PUT IN A COMPLETED APPLICATION WITH A BID.
