Why Use Anybody Else!

Had my house on the market with another agent and had no viewings for months and months! So called WeLocate!The guy who came to see me was extremely professional, he took some amazing photos and assured me that WeLoacte would sell my property quickly!Wow was he right, I had a series of viewers in the first week and received an offer above my asking price. The service is amazing, the staff are friendly and professional, the prices they charge are really cheap. Why would you use anybody else? Really, why on earth would you! Call them now and get your house sold!

Fantastic Service!

Brilliant from start to finish! Outstanding Professional Service

The Service We Locate have given me from start to finish has been outstanding. They are very friendly, professional, helpful and nothing is ever too much even during out of hours (weekends and late evenings). I would like to give special mentions to Jamie who first came to value my property and then to advise me on price and how to present advertise it. Secondly I would like to say a huge thank you to Pauline who was at the end of the phone day or night advising me on all aspects of the sale from filling in solicitors paperwork to liaising with the buyers. Refreshing

WeLocate. One word to sum them up: refreshing. As a landlord who has fully managed my own property for many years I was a little reluctant to use the services of a letting agent. I then came across WeLocate. I found them to be very fair and honest in their advice on the appropriate service for me; acting in my best interests rather than trying to sell services I do not need. It is a pleasure to deal with a company who act with integrity. The turnaround was quick and they responded to emails promptly. House Sale

I asked We-locate to come and value my house in September 2016. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of their service and decided to instruct them to sell my house. A for sale sign was outside my house within a couple of days and within minutes of the house being advertised on Rightmove and Zoopla, we had viewings booked. Over the first weekend, we had approx 10 viewings and the staff at we-locate conducted the viewings. on our behalf. On the monday, an offer came in slightly under the asking price but certainly an offer we were happy with so we accepted. So within 3 days we had sold our house subject to contract. The exchange and completion all went through by November 11th so it was a 2 month turnaround which is absolutely fantastic. During the 2 months, Pauline at we-locate chased the solicitors, buyer and mortgage lender up which ensured there were no delays. Her support has been above and beyond the call of duty and we are very grateful for that. And the cost of the service was much lower than any estate agent we asked. All in all we-locate is a fantastic estate agent with great staff and I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks to Pauline, Phil, Dave and the rest of a crew for taking an awful lot of stress and pressure off us and good luck for the future!

I was introduced to WeLocate when my dream home was put on the market! I had an amazing start with Kate, who contacted me within minutes to arrange a viewing which was of any time which fit my schedule. Kate discussed the internal support and services which were available to me through WeLocate. I was kept in the loop through the whole process and was constantly updated on any minor and major processes which required my attention or just to let me know how it was all getting on. Throughout the entire house process, WeLocate were beyond outstanding. They were proactive, dependable, and also reliable, which makes a huge difference. Kate regularly helped to communicate and bring things to a successful conclusion on all sides despite the fact that the process may be extremely stressful. We finished our acquisition in under 3 months from offer to move-in, which we found to be really accommodating. From the first meeting I had with Jamie, I felt both comfortable and confident that WeLocate would be the company that sell my house. Jamie explained why they had valued the property at the price they had, spent time showing videos to explain to potential buyers things that sometimes cannot be put into photos / house synopsis eg : a 2 minute walk away from the property is a park with playground for children etc and the different ways that the property will be marketed. Once the house is up for sale, Kate and the team keep you updated with what viewings there are, outcome and any comments and feedback from these. They are very proactive and helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. No they are not the cheapest around, but I believe you get what you pay for.

My General Experience was very good, we went to view a house that we locate was selling and we loved it unfortunately our offer wasn’t successful but steve was absolutely brilliant with us not only getting us a morgage in place so fast but he guided us through everything even when we wasn’t buying our house through we locate anymore, he kept the solicitors in place when they wasn’t doing there job and told us when to have everything ready, us being first time buyers didn’t have clue what we was doing but Steve made it as stress free as it could be buying our first home and we are forever grateful.

We had been trying to sell our home for over 12 months

We had been trying to sell our home for well over 12 months and used 3 different local Estate Agents. In that time we never even got close to selling and could count the viewings on one hand!Once Jamie visited and produced a video of our property the experience changed dramatically and viewers started visiting and the offers started coming in. Pauline and Kate kept us informed and provided regular feedback. Jamie was on hand if more detailed feedback was necessary. All the viewings were handled by WeLocate and it was stress free for us. The team grew to know us and the prospective buyers and we received several offers. In the end we went for a the buyer we felt was most dedicated to buying our property rather than the highest bidder. This made the chain and transaction simple and we never felt at risk of it all going pear shaped ( as so many chains and sales these days do). We ended up selling our house to a lovely family and we can finally move on to new pastures . We are really grateful for the team and their friendly expertise for turning things around for us. The video Jamie made was definitely the turning point and almost made us want to stay put :D I would definitely recommend WeLocate above all other Estate Agents in Bury from our experience. I hope the company grows and we can use them again if we ever need to in Rural Lancashire ( our new home) PS I never ( or hardly ever) give 5 star reviews
