Welocate estate agents are the best you will find. Everything they do is professional & done with great care. We have had experience with other estate agents and never had the same service. From first meeting David he spoke about the property market and gave honest opinions on valuation. The time and advice you get from him you will not get from any other agent. The camera men then capture your home at its best, the video and photos were perfect. Advertising is done across social media at the right times to gain maximum interest. You join a WhatsApp group with the team which I thought was great. From then onwards you speak with the rest of the team but David is always in the background right up to completion and you can speak to him if needed. All of his team are professional and caring. Our viewings were done by themselves and always went perfect. We mostly dealt with Pauline throughout the sale who is calming and takes away your stress. Kate was also there when needed. They work out of normal hours if needed, for example when our advert was going out we heard from David by message, this was a bank holiday weekend. We also handed our keys over late, after their working hours, but they stayed in contact with us and our buyers throughout. Highly recommend using Welocate to sell your home, you will not be disappointed !

I can not recommend WeLocate more highly. Having moved from owning a property to renting, I was apprehensive about the process, but I was in such brilliant hands from Tina and the team throughout securing and moving into the property, that I had absolutely no need to worry. All correspondence was incredibly friendly and efficient and any issues I had were dealt with swiftly. It’s been such a joy and a really lovely experience renting with WeLocate. I cannot recommend We Locate highly enough! After a stressful search for an apartment in Salford Quays, these guys made the entire process seamless. WeLocate Estate Agents By far have been leaps and bounds above any other estate agent we have dealt with in the past. Direct communication with all members of the team consistently throughout the process of selling and purchasing our new family home. The standard of the pictures, listing's and in particular David's videos blew us away A listing on our previous property which stood stagnant for months with the right approach (not just a new one) lead to offers left right and centre. Quality over quantity as WeLocate do not get default 50% of the local listing in Bury South where we are Whitefield, Unsworth Prestwich area automatically like longer established local firms. But just because this may be keeping up with the jones' the vast experience of the team left the others standing for us. Would 100% endorse enquiring with them at the very least and when the time comes for us we would use their professional services once again. Can't say enough positive things about WeLocate! The service we received was the closest thing to a 'Personalised' experience you can get when selling your house. Pauline is a complete legend, made us feel like we were her only clients and worked tirelessly to keep together a very difficult chain at times. When Kate and Danielle had to step in it was effortless. Dead friendly and helpful! Steve is the best Mortgage Advisor around, by far. Top guy, great advice and secured us the best deal available. We have had mortgage advisors in the past, we switched to Steve years ago and frankly, i'd never use anyone else. Jamie gives the most honest advice on what he thinks they can sell your property for. No typical Estate Agent nonsense just straight up honesty. He convinced us to back ourselves with the price even when it looked unachievable, he was so confident it would happen. And it did. I could not thank Steve for all the help he has gave us! From start to finish he has been amazing. From getting us a morgage at the best rate to always being there helping us keep the solicitors in line.
