Hi Arthur, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and I am sorry you couldn't find the property you were looking for on our website. I don't know which property it is you are referring to as you have never registered with us or spoken to a member of the team. However, there could be a variety of reasons as to why the house you were looking for was not showing on our website. If you have seen a For Sale/To Let board outside the house, the property might not be marketed online at the same time as the board went up. We often order the board immediately to attract early interest, as it is something that can be done relatively quickly and if you were to phone the office, then a member of the support team could help. However, taking high-quality photos, drawing floor plans, producing marketing videos and arranging the sales strategy for the property takes time if we want to ensure the homeowner receives the best exposure and a chance at getting a premium sale price. Therefore, the online adverts simply cannot be uploaded as quickly, although they usually are within 48 hours of a second visit to the property. It may be that the property was sold or withdrawn from the market, or it could even have been in the process of being uploaded. All that said, if there was a genuine error, every single one of our available properties are listed on the two most visited property portals in the country, Rightmove and Zoopla, where they are exposed to a vast audience. They are also promoted across the various social media channels if you were to look there. As much as I would like our website to be the central reference point for anyone looking for a property (it would be great for business), Rightmove and Zoopla remain number one and two respectively, so always take a look on there if you are struggling to find the property you like on our website.
