Had this bad luck buying flat advertised by this branch. Had my first viewing with employee Olivier who came out later provided lots of incorrect information regarding this flat, in the middle of buying process he left company and Iain took over- really disappointing experience, very unpleasant. I you can avoid this branch- so many much better companies out there.

Shocking service from beginning to end! From the initial valuation conducted by two unprofessional giggly girls (not wearing PPE) to arriving to conduct our one and only viewing 10 minutes late to the total lack of communication and marketing activity on our property, I cannot say how disappointed we were with our decision to appoint these agents to market our property. I would never use these agents again or recommend others to do so!

GoogleI've used Pearson Ferrier's tenant search service a few times over the years, and have always been really impressed with the high standard of service received from all members of the team. They keep you updated with calls and emails throughout and they really seem to care about the landlord and the tenant. They conduct the tenant viewings, carry out referencing and affordability checks, and give me their opinion as to who they think would be most suitable. So far they've not been wrong and all of their choices have been great, looking after my properties and paying their rent in full and on time. From my experiences I would certainly recommend them.

From the first call to arrange the viewing to meeting Lois at the house was just effortless. Lois shown us round the home as if it was her own and there was no question unanswered. Lois and Charlotte dealt with our application which was done on goodlord. I’m not technical but it was easy enough to do.
