GoogleSo glad we chose Pearson ferrier to sell our house with, they did everything possible to make it as smooth as it could be even when we had issues with the sale. They went out of their way to help us also find our dream home. Iain and Jen have been great along with the rest of the team! Would recommend to anyone wanting to sell!

GoogleThe staff are wonderful and always communicate well with me. This is in the form of email or telephone call if they need to notify me of any issues. They always find a tenant within 24 hours of property being advertised. They vet potential tenants really well and do not sign up anyone unless they are complete confident with them.

GoogleWe booked a viewing of a house. On arrival we waited until another viewing had ended. I knocked and a man in a white shirt I have since found out is a founding Director came to the door. I was dressed in my normal weekend casual attire of jeans and sweatshirt I felt immediately he was sizing me, my partner and my son up. His attitude resembled I”don’t know what you’re doing here you can’t afford this house”. We are all working professionals who had travelled from London to keep the appointment.He was curt dismissive of any questions I asked by saying, “I don’t know”and lied that viewing had been carrying on since 9am. It wasn't, as we were in the street at noon and there was no one there. Apart from leaving us with a need to get away from the place fast, he was arrogant, judgemental and unprofessional. Not only did he fail the business he failed himself. We had been prepared to give a year rent upfront AND ask this agency to find us a family home to buy in the interim. Not any longer. The rot filters down from the top and reading the reviews from previous customers, I can see our experience was not unique. If the leadership is arrogant the staff have no point of reference to show them how provide a service. In a service industry, this arrogance and complacency is short sighted. There’s a recession coming Pearson Ferrier, good luck!!! .

GoogleI’ve had an excellent experience as a tenant with Pearson Ferrier from start to finish. The move in process was straight forward, any issues I raised during my tenancy were dealt with very quickly and my end of tenancy experience was spot on. All the staff are awesome and I’ll certainly miss being one of their tenants. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

GoogleHad this bad luck buying flat advertised by this branch. Had my first viewing with employee Olivier who came out later provided lots of incorrect information regarding this flat, in the middle of buying process he left company and Iain took over- really disappointing experience, very unpleasant. I you can avoid this branch- so many much better companies out there.

As a current tenant I deal with the lettings manager Sam on a regular basis. She is friendly, knowledgeable and always professional in her approach. She is always keen to assist me with any queries I have and is 100% reliable. An asset to the company and the members of the public that she deals with ⭐
