I had the pleasure of using Normie & Co to sell my late fathers property and all the team were extremely professional from start to finish. Unfortunately, the sale didn't go as smoothly as planned, with buyers dropping out on a couple of occasions but the team, especially Nicole acted very professionally on our behalf and dealt with any matters arising. They were very quick to get the property back on the market and new viewings arranged as soon as possible and eventually the right buyer came! Despite us being at the end of a chain, Nicole worked really hard to chase up other solicitors and to push for the completion date. Nicole also had a good rapport with my solicitor so the communication between them was excellent and made sure everyone was singing from the same hymm sheet! Nicole was extremely professional and thorough and I would highly recommend Nicole and the rest of the team at Normie & Co if your thinking of buying/selling your property. 5 Star Service !PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I have been so impressed with Normie. We asked 3 estate agents to value our property and Normie were spot on. One was far too high. One was too low. Normie know the market so well. Our house sold in less than 2 weeks. Josh was absolutely brilliant. He kept us up to date with everything that was happening and was so helpful. We were really happy with the photos of the house and with the ‘offer’ process. Nicole took over when the property was sold and she has been utterly amazing - chasing solicitors, checking with buyers, keeping in touch with all parties. Everyone really has gone above and beyond for us. Estate agents are extremely important on the day of completion and in the days leading up to this. The initial house sale is just the very start of what the estate agents do for you - the tip of the iceberg. Normie have been brilliant all the way through. Nicole and the Team at Normie have been absolutely outstanding throughout the process of myself and my partner buying our first home. Great experience from start to finish…

Great experience from start to finish with Normie & Company.Our house was on the market with another agent but getting little interest. We received a letter through the post from Normie offering to take a look and see if they could do better. We contacted Josh and found his attitude friendly, straightforward and trustworthy. Josh took some great photos and video (not just a video made up of photos like some other agents). We quickly had several viewings and offers and Josh helped us work through the positives of each buyer. Natalie took over from Josh and navigated the sale through, working with us and our buyer. Natalie was always friendly, easy to get hold of and quick to reply if she had been out of the office.Happy to recommend Normie & Company to any other seller.

I was looking for a flat to rent during a very difficult and stressful time. Caroline has been very helpful and understanding from the beginning, whilst always being completely professional. She helped me in every way she possibly could, whilst also considering the position of the Landlord she was representing; always being honest and fair to both of us. She communicated with the Landlord and organised improvements to the flat which have made it much more pleasant to live in, and I am very grateful to both her and the Landlord. Everything was done quickly and she always responded to my emails and phone calls, keeping me in the loop. When Caroline wasn’t available to speak to, David and Diane were always helpful. Caroline supported me in having somewhere to live, in the area I needed to move to. Superb in every way

It's all positives from me! A huge thanks to Nigel and the team for the handling of my house sale. From start to finish the service was excellent with Josh's valuation, arranged promptly during a period of high demand, the superb marketing and handling of viewings, which then happened at lightning speed, all despite the tricky lockdown restrictions. The eventual sale was by no means easy, due to some very frustrating legal issues along the way, but throughout it all I found Nigel to be both reliable and extremely professional. Can’t recommend them enough

Caroline at Normie and Co has restored my faith in estate agents! My property was being managed by a different agent and my experience with them was horrific. I eventually changed over to Normie & Co towards the end of 2020 and my experience with them has been nothing but positive. Because the previous agent had dismissed any work that needed doing to my property, it was in such a state. As soon as these issues were raised to Caroline, she immediately appointed a builder to inspect and now, 6 months down the line, the house is as good as new. Caroline has had so much patience with my never ending pestering & non stop questions, but she replies immediately and is so informative. I can’t recommend them highly enough, especially Caroline

My property was on the market with another agent for 6 weeks with no interest, offers and the agent was encouraging me to reduce. I rang up Normie and Co and spoke to Josh, he gave me thorough and honest advice and believed that it was actually the way the property was being marketed that was letting my property down. He came round and did amazing photos and video tour and put my property on for slightly higher than the original agent had it on for and they secured 9 viewings within the first few days and an offer £10k higher than the other agent had it on the market for!!! My only mistake was not ringing normie and co earlier! Highly reccomend Josh and his team - thank you all!!

I would definitely recommend normie and company..when I first decided to sell my property I was captured by David's approach to marketing on social media. Very professional, innovative and up to date. I contacted him through Facebook and he came out to visit me in a couple of days. He was very positive and saw all the good points to my home and its location. I had no hesitation in appointing him. The photos and video that he took were excellent and we had a buyer within 8 weeks. From then on I dealt with Nigel and Natalie who kept me up to date with the sale on a weekly basis.
