Amazingly helpful estate agent. They were quick to respond to any questions or enquiries I had all the way through the process, from the initial listing of the house, to viewings and finally through the purchase/sale process. Emails and phone calls were always returned. Never once were Normie pushy, which is something I often read online about estate agents up and down the country. Every person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, whether they were actively involved in my sale/purchase or not. Natalie and Nicole in the Prestwich office in particular were very helpful and friendly! Thank you so much!

Recently moved from London to Bury and used Normie as my agency when looking for a rental property. David Ryan was extremely professional and helpful when it came to liaising with the landlord to facilitate a viewing, agreeing on tenancy terms and all the bureaucracy involved around it. David made the process as smooth and easy as possible, always in contact with us over the phone, giving updates and requesting necessary documents/info. Highly recommend the agency.

Honestly, so happy we went with Normie to sell our house. it ook all of three days to get an offer! Everyone was extremely responsive and kind, understanding of our timetable in terms of viewings, as we had a young toddler. Nicole in particular has been an absolute delight - if you want to sell or buy a house, you want Nicole as your Sales Progressor! She chased up and down the chain and would keep in constant contact with me on progress.

We chose Normie on recommendation and we were not disappointed! From start to finish we were kept informed about all aspects of the sale, which was a difficult and long winded one from the outset, but it was all dealt with in a timely manner and in good spirit. Excellent from start to finish

We used Normie to sell our house this year and they were excellent. The valuation from Josh was accurate, we were well informed and the instruction and listing process was seamless. The photographs and video tours prepared by Jaymes were amazing and the property was well marketed. Viewing arrangement was easy and it didn’t take them long to find a buyer. Natalie was able to negotiate a great price for us. The sales process in any house move can be stressful, but Nicole pushed this along with solicitors and surveyors, keeping us advised every step of the way. The whole process was very well organised. Various team members were responsible for their stage of the process. Having used several estate agents over the years, I have found Normie to be the best by far!

Best agency I've ever used

Normies were professional and efficient from the outset. Natasha was collaborative in the valuation as well as being enthusiastic and accessible during the selling process. I had the feeling that the team were fully committed to selling the property and kept me in the picture throughout. Nicole progressed the sale with great attention to detail and ensured that things moved along swiftly by liaising with both solicitors, buyer and myself. I would have no hesitation in recommending Normies as a company and certainly would use them again myself. Nicole at Normie’s has saved house chains falling through for me twice!! She is an expert at her job, personable and professional at all times and I would only ever use Normie’s moving forwards. She cares about her clients and potential buyers and facilitates swift communication throughout the chain. She really does live up to her title!!! Absolutely fantastic from day one! Josh, popped round to have a chat and all went well with the first viewing, so much so, they made an offer and we accepted! This happened in less than two weeks. The aftercare was also excellent and Nicole took all of the stress away, she did all the pushing forward and kept us informed at all times! We were originally on with Purple Bricks for around a year, and not going into too much detail, let’s just say it wasn’t the service we felt it should’ve been. Note to self, always sell with a hands on estate agent who knows your area and delivers, Normie is that kind of estate agent 100% Thanks again guys!
