I honestly can’t praise Normie enough for how they handled my house sale. From day one, they were incredibly proactive, professional, and always a step ahead. The team kept me in the loop at every stage, which gave me so much peace of mind. They clearly know the market inside out, and their advice was always spot-on. What really stood out was their commitment, nothing ever felt rushed, and they made sure every detail was taken care of. Normie Dealt with the Sale of my property originally went up beginning of June when Gina was looking after us , great service pictures taken by Nigel a great job done showed off our house in it’s full glory , we had a original buyer who made the offer of asking price but unfortunately he had us awaiting 2 months and mortgage fell through on a number of occasions, so we decided that we would need to put back on the market as we had our heart set on the house we wanted to buy , then Natalie took over and between her and rest of the team had 8 viewings within 2 days, 3 offers were put in 4 Days later and we accepted the 1st which was the lower offer but the best position and was just eager as ourselves to move , from then it was all smooth besides solicitors taking there time and leaving exchanging right till the end , I would definitely recommend Normie very professional and quality service .

I cannot honestly rate this company high enough. From the moment of signing my tenancy agreement 6 years ago to ending my tenancy in the last week they have excelled in every department. When we decided to put my father in laws house up for sale I did not hesitate in contacting Nigel at Normie & Co. He gave us some honest advice before we put the house on the market which was invaluable to us. Nigel came out to take the pictures himself on the Tuesday, the floor plan was done on the Wednesday and it was up on the website on Thursday. By the Monday we’d sold it! Nigel has been fantastic throughout the whole process and I would not hesitate in using Normie & Co again. Thanks Nigel!

Made a difficult sale less stressful!

We recently bought a property that Normie & Co were selling. We dealt with the same person throughout (Josh) who was prompt at responding to any queries and always available when calling. He followed up and kept us updated on a frequent basis, and continued to chase the solicitors as needed. The sale took a substantial amount of time, through no fault of the estate agents, however I feel this would have taken much longer had it not been for their proactive approach. Josh was extremely approachable and went out of his way to make the process as smooth as could be. If/When it comes to us moving on, we would definitely use them. When collecting the keys they gave us a framed print of the process dates (viewing, accepted offer, exchange and completion) which was a lovely unexpected surprise and extremely thoughtful. Thanks again Josh!

The last time I sold a house was 46 years ago so I felt a little apprehensive. Choosing Normies was just a random decision by way of making a start to sell my mum's house. I was anxious to sell and Gina came round soon after my telephone call. She was very friendly but professional and gave me a valuation which I was very pleased with. The house was sold within a few days without any fuss and Normies dealt with everything. Throughout the sale process they kept me well informed and made it all very easy. Whenever I contacted the office the staff were all helpful and polite.

Highly recommend

We started with another agent but quickly changed to Normie & Company because our first estate agent could not deliver what they over promised and struggled to sell the house. We should have gone with Normie & Company straight away instead! The photos of the house were great and they kept us fully informed every step of the way. They sold the house quickly, smoothly, communication was excellent and they always responded to emails within 24hrs. The staff were friendly, very helpful, there was always someone available to help if the main contact person was unavailable and as first time sellers they answered all our questions no matter how silly they may have been! Highly recommend Normie & Company and would have no hesitation in using them again. Many thanks to David for the initial valuation appointment and to Josh for handling the sale from there.
