Buying a house towards the late end of the year is always a worry when it’s so close to Christmas but with the help of our amazing sales progressor Nicole Bradburn we managed to complete last week. So happy to be back together again as a family as we’ve all been living separately over the last 4 months, to be in our beautiful new home and have Christmas dinner to look forward to around our own table is just unbelievable. Thank you Nicole for making this experience as stress free as possible for us, your communication and everything you did for us during this time was exceptional. We really appreciate it and it was a pleasure to work with you. It was also a very nice touch receiving a framed memory of viewing, offer accepted, exchange and completion dates. This was our second home that we’ve bought and first time selling our previous home so this little touch was a great memory. Thank you the Skelton’s :-)

There aren’t enough words to express how thankful I am for working with Normie and Co on the sale of our first home. Our home sold very quickly with Normie and Co, aided by Nigel and his wonderful, professional, selling skills. The attention to detail is second to none, communication is excellent and there is always someone available throughout the day to answer the phone and help with any queries. Nigel really cares about selling homes and his passion for real estate shines through at viewings and when listing the property. Purchasing our second home hasn’t been plain sailing and if we hadn’t of had Nicole chasing up solicitors and other estate agents, then im positive we wouldn’t have completed on time. Nicole really sets this estate agents apart from others in Prestwich and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Normie and Co to anyone moving house- 10/10! I couldn’t recomend or praise the team behind Normie & Co enough! We sold our house during very difficult life circumstances. This also coincided with the sudden interest rate increases which impacted the housing market. With numerous obstacles and shortcomings from other related parties; inefficient and irresponsive solicitors, mortgage providers and and two last minute fall throughs due to chain breakdowns, we had a lot against us!!! But despite all that, this amazing team did the impossible and got it over the line third time around!! I’ve never come across an estate agent with this level of efficiency, professionalism and service mindset. They covered every single aspect of the process to perfection. Josh did the spot on valuation which was realistic and acceptable by the buyers and their lenders all three times. He was extremely professional and friendly at the same time. He handed us over to sales negotiators Jaymes and Nathalie who where fantastic at what they did. Josh was constantly briefed with all the updates and continued overseeing and helped out many times when required during the entire process. Despite his very busy schedule he was always responsive. But there’s one more person that I would forever be grateful to: The sales progressor Nicole!!! The most amazing, efficient and dedicated lady that I’ve come across. Her role was the most crucial in the entire process. With her excellent communication skills she worked so hard to follow things up and keep us in the loop all the time. But most importantly she saved us weeks if not months of time wastage and stress caused by insufficient solicitors. As we had two fall throughs during the final stages, Nicole had to start over three times!!’ No one else would’ve be capable doing this. Thank you Nicole.

Sold my house with Normie & Co. It was my first and only home and I had been there 20+ years, so the process was very new to me, and i would be considered a nervous seller! Josh Gertler was very helpful, explained everything and answered all my questions thoroughly. His advice was very welcome, and I was very pleased with the process of viewings and managing offers. The use of the website for photos, viewings and offers etc, showed that there are newer and better ways to simplify this process and Normie are at the forefront of this. Nicole Bradburn was an absolute star and handled her side of the process like a true professional. The updates were frequent and she was always willing to chase up things and make the process work, despite all the hurdles that it seems inevitably get thrown in the way. I would very much recommend Normie & Co for anyone wishing to sell their property in the area.

From the initial valuation by David and then the guidance and help from Jaymes the Sales Negotiator and then the ongoing help from Nicole the Sales Progression Specialist, Normies have been professional in every way that matters, from returning phone calls, e mails to dealing with buyers and much more. All were brilliant in what was a very stressful sale & purchase (which was not through any fault by Normies). Previously known as Jeffrey Normie I first used them in 2010, they were excellent!13 years on, we went straight back to Normie, the company have re-branded, moved twice and expanded during this 13 year period, but most importantly Mr Unsworth's "Nigel Bagguley" is still on board! Nigel is one of the main reasons for this companies success, he's really good at what he does, always goes above and beyond and knows his "BL9" patch, a real asset to the company! Due to the company's successful expansion additional staff are on board to assist with sales progression, I was introduced to Nicole Bradburn, who was superb from start to finish, we were always kept updated whether it was good or bad news. We used Normie to sell our house this year and they were excellent. The valuation from Josh was accurate, we were well informed and the instruction and listing process was seamless. The photographs and video tours prepared by Jaymes were amazing and the property was well marketed. Viewing arrangement was easy and it didn’t take them long to find a buyer. Natalie was able to negotiate a great price for us. The sales process in any house move can be stressful, but Nicole pushed this along with solicitors and surveyors, keeping us advised every step of the way. The whole process was very well organised. Various team members were responsible for their stage of the process. Having used several estate agents over the years, I have found Normie to be the best by far!

The best in the area, without doubt Normie and company provided a fantastic service for the sale of our property in Whitefield. Initial contact was with Nigel who seemed to know everything there was to know about the property market in the area and valued our property at slightly more than we had expected. Within days of being put on the market, several viewings had been arranged and an offer received, which we accepted. The sale was then progressed by Nicole, Natalie, Josh and James who each did their part in keeping us informed of progress with our buyer and solicitors on both sides. There were a few hiccups along the way with the buyers solicitor, but nothing the team at Normie hadn't seen before and couldn't handle in our case. All in all, the service received from Normie was excellent and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

Honestly had the best experience with Normie! They were my go to, throughout the buying process. They helped me wherever they could and communication was great! They explained what was going on, as my solicitor didn't and were quick to reply, calling back when you call them. They actually picked up the phone! It was a bit of a battle with my solicitor who couldn't communicate to me or the estate agent. But Nicole was absolutely excellent and consolidated me throughout the process. Hats off to her! I'm a first time buyer so didn't know anything of the process, but I couldn't have had a better person to lean on throughout. She checked in with me every few days and pushed the sellers solicitor and mine to keep things moving. I got regular updates from her and handed over my case to other team members when she was on holiday. Nigel helped push right at the end and was just as helpful as Nicole had been throughout the process. To top it off they gave me the cutest package with deals and discounts to use and a picture frame with all my key dates on when I picked up the keys. That was such a lovely surprise and I will definitely be putting it up on the walls. Thank you Nicole!
