GoogleHad a pleasant and smooth experience throughout, with great communication through the process from the initial viewing, to putting an offer in, to it getting accepted and going through the purchase process (keeping in mind there was a chain situation). Nicole was very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Just having a glass of wine in my new garden, which Normies made possible. They got a great price for my home in just 13 days. From the outset, Natalie showed that she really understood my house and the local market. They didn't get the photos perfect first time, but knew they didn't all do the house justice and asked to come back unprompted to make sure they were 100% right. The agents who accompanied viewings largely left feedback, which was informative and Nicole kept us well informed though the post sale process. Worth every penny of their fee and best in the business for Prestwich and Whitefield.

GoogleWe have nothing but praise for Normie and each and every one of the members of staff who handled our case (SPECIAL MENTION AND THANKS TO JOE). Having said that we must say that there is something very wrong with a system that allows a potential buyer to make an offer on a house and while constantly nagging the seller to hurry so as not to break the chain themselves go AWOL at the very last minute when the seller's house is basically packed up and ready for them to move in. And not even to have the decency to inform the estate agent that for whatever reason they have changed their mind. THE LAW DESPERATELY NEEDS CHANGING.

GoogleBuying a house towards the late end of the year is always a worry when it’s so close to Christmas but with the help of our amazing sales progressor Nicole Bradburn we managed to complete last week. So happy to be back together again as a family as we’ve all been living separately over the last 4 months, to be in our beautiful new home and have Christmas dinner to look forward to around our own table is just unbelievable. Thank you Nicole for making this experience as stress free as possible for us, your communication and everything you did for us during this time was exceptional. We really appreciate it and it was a pleasure to work with you. It was also a very nice touch receiving a framed memory of viewing, offer accepted, exchange and completion dates.
