Nigel and Nicole at Normie were just incredible. Nigel came to photograph our home and he was so warm and funny, he put us at ease immediately. Our house sold within a week and from there on out we dealt with Nicole who should be given the biggest pay rise going. She was there every step of the way, answering our emails or phone calls promptly, putting us at ease and chasing any solicitors with success. Honestly cannot recommend Normie enough.

I bought my house though Normie at the the start of this year. Thoughout the whole process, Nicole Bradburn was on hand to help me whenever there was a hiccup or slow progress. I had multiple issues with my solicitor, but Nicole was there to help (and sometimes just to listen to me rant!) and worked tirelessly to make it happen, liasing with all the parties and actually making sense of what was happening. Without her help, the buying process would have been much more stressfull. Nicole and everyone else at Normie really were genuinely fantastic and I cannot reccomend them highly enough!

We have recently sold and purchased properties through Normie. From the outset we felt well informed and confident that Normie were committed to getting us a good price for our house and also a good deal on the house we were purchasing. Natalie came to do the initial valuation and was great, even coming up with a potential buyer for us before we had even got to market. It shows that they have a good standing in the area to have a roster of clients who are in the market to buy. Following the listing of our home we were inundated with viewings which is fantastic in the current market. We accepted an offer very quickly and Nigel was able to help us negotiate a great deal on our purchase. Nicole was absolutely outstanding with progressing the sale, always keeping us updated and working really hard to move along our slow and uncommunicative solicitor. All in all a great experience and we were in our new home within about 3 months of listing our house. Special mention to Nicole as she was honestly fantastic. Thanks Normie and Co!

Applied to view man of their properties months ago and not heard anything back, when ringing them to chase this is they said they won’t do viewings until they have enough people interested to do a group viewing. I’ve been trying to rent with them since January and gotten no whereas they just haven’t been doing viewings on any of the properties I’ve enquired about. I have managed to do one viewing and it was horrible as a group viewing, it felt like I was having to fight against others to try and please the estate agent so that I could take it and not be homeless. I even explained to an estate agent that I have no family to support me once my tenancy ends due to my father recently passing so I am basically begging them for a place to live and still it has been months and nothing. The properties I wanted to view are all still up for rent so I don’t understand why I can’t even view them (some have been available since February and I applied to view as soon as they came up). I have given up with any hopes of renting from this estate agent.
