GoogleAfter sitting on the market for 3 months with a different estate agent in BSE, I made the decision to move to Martin & Co, a decision I wish I’d have made 3 months sooner. Justine came out to value my property, she was very friendly, easy to talk to, direct but most importantly very knowledgeable and up to date with the property market in BSE. GoogleWhen I moved in, Matt was extremely professional and kind. When I terminated my lease early under the military break clause, I experienced harassment from the landlord and she unlawfully entered the home without notice and took pictures. Upon notifying Martin and co I was met with a cold response from Ellie Carey and no assurance that my privacy was a concern nor did she ask me about what happened. I also learned that the company is sharing information and possibly photos with future tenants. I’m considering legal action because this has been a very upsetting situation. I recommend that others from base find an agency that cares more about tenants rights.

GoogleShit service. I set up a viewing for them a week in advance, just for me to show up and no one be there. When I call Matt Meyer the Negotiator, he tells me that it was taken today. Yet he sent me a confirmation for viewing this morning. They wasted my time, which I took off work and didn't even have the courtesy to inform me. Also if someone was in the process of letting the apartment then why not inform me for proper expectations. I emailed him this and he just ignores it. So they have no regard for ones time, not even enough to apologize. Instead they try to suggest some other apartment that looks like a motel. Do not do business with these people. They're selfish.

Dear Christian, we are very sorry and disappointed to have let you down on Monday. We strive to maintain our professionalism so when our service falls short of our own expectations, we are forced to review our actions. This is no excuse, but we had terrible problems on Monday with the internet AWS global outage (Amazon Web Services) which affected our online diaries and caused confusion between some of the negotiators. As a result of your complaint, we have reviewed our online diary management and put in new processes to avoid this happening again.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
