Martin &Co have been great over the last few months with the result of a successful sale of our house, Justine was very efficient with coming around to value the property, and when we agreed to go with Martin &Co she did a very professional job with the marketing. Charlotte took the lead with viewings and once sale was agreed she was brilliant at keeping us up to date with progress and also making contact with various solicitors taking the stress off of us. Charlotte was knowledgeable and always able to answer some of the most random questions we had. We can’t thank you both enough for all of your help and support.

Very unprofessional agent Matt. First showed us house Charles place Bury st Edmunds then took our "application" on the phone what it was name and what we earned. After 30mins got email that we declined! Second husband called about different property Northen rose close to arrange viewing, Matt never got back to him! Called again spoke to lady, she said Matt was busy and call us straight back what its never happened! And we noticed that both still on the market! I thought it should be so simple but turned out otherwise. Exceptional Service After a Flood Huge thanks to Linda, John and Justine at Martin & Co for their swift and professional response to a recent incident. A flood occurred in one of the flats managed by Martin & Co, directly above mine, on a Sunday. Water began leaking through my ceiling and I contacted the team in a panic. Justine quickly retrieved the keys from the office and John and Linda arrived shortly after. They promptly turned off the washing machine's water supply, emptied it, and cleared the water from the flooded flat. Their quick actions helped minimize the damage. They also made sure I was safe and arranged for an electrician to assess my flat the next morning to ensure the electrics were not compromised. They even scheduled the redecoration of my ceiling and any affected walls. Everything was handled so smoothly and professionally, it was such a relief during a stressful time. I cannot thank the team enough for their care and efficiency!
