House was lovely but various problems came up on viewing. Underground car park has a very low ceiling and you cannot be guaranteed a space above ground and parking on wattisfield rd is very limited. Smell of sewage coming from shower in downstairs loo/shower. Signs of water leak in top room coming down the beams and flashing needs repairing and not an easy repair on an unusual roof. Where the staircase passes the 2nd floor window is open and incredibly dangerous for children and dogs to fall. Views are wonderful over the walled garden behind. A really unusual historic building and will make a wonderful home for someone with a small low car . Sad to walk away from this one.
